I went to the kiosk looking to order a grill cheese and tomato soup, however they didn’t have it. I requested to swap my order. The cashier made such a big deal about switching my meal. I decided to just cancel my entire order. Veronica and her staff were very disrespectful and there was no empathy shown AT ALL. I will not be returning.

The place is large and clean although it has a slightly strong particular smell. The employees are attentive, although they forgot the dessert in my already paid order and I had to complain to them. The food is delicious, now it is very quick to place the order because they have machines at the entrance and there you choose, select quantities and pay and then receive your order in a very short time.
Had a rack full of bread bowls in full view and was told they are out. The lady at the register had such a bad attitude. We stepped aside so other people could order, And while waiting someone walked over to the rack and grab a bread bowl, so we asked if we could have one, and they said, no these are for tomorrow, but she needed one for an order right now. So we let people order, and then I walked over to the lady that ended up being the manager that grabbed the bread bowl nd asked if she would sell it and she said no. So we left. The customer service there is horrible and I will most likely never go back to that location

Historically orders have always taken long to get out. Which I can understand. But management needs to tighten up those waits if they’re going to get your order wrong as well. I give up on this location. Do better management.

While the cleanliness could use some improvement, it’s not a deal-breaker—just minor issues that don’t detract too much from the overall experience. The staff is absolutely amazing; I haven’t encountered an unpleasant employee yet. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor creates a positive atmosphere.
The dining area is comfortable and chill, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. It’s clear they make an effort to maintain a clean and inviting environment. Despite small imperfections, the combination of excellent service and a cozy vibe makes this Panera a solid choice.

The variety on their menu is a highlight, from comforting soups to fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, and indulgent pastries. This location offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of parking in the shopping center.
I usually opt for the app’s order-and-pickup feature, which is seamless and lets me track the status of my order. Inside is labeled on where to pick up and typically appears clean.
My recent choices included the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Toasted Italiano, and Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwiches. All were delicious and paired perfectly with the Pick 2 combo. The chicken noodle soup really warms you.
Panera continues to be a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal.
