Almost everytime I come here the customer service is horrendous. Teach your people how to correctly answer a business phone. Teach your people how to learn to say “Can you please hold?” When they actually do pick up the phone. Most importantly, hire people who actually want to work. Cuz it’s getting beyond ridiculous at this point.

Well, I’ve never had this experience before with Papa John’s,, the delivery guy was extremely rude, knocked continuously on my door, and got rude about the tip, asking me “is that it?” unbelievable, I want my tip back

I don’t normally leave a negative review for places but jeffery the “manager” is so rude and someone needs to teach him people skills. Didnt end up getting my order nor will i ever go back to this location based on how he treats people!

Horrible don't waste your time or money. Clearly they aren't using it to good use to have enough staff to get orders out on time Placed my order today on line it gave a time frame to be ready. The entire time it was in prepare mode when I tracked it. Went to the store to pick up my order at time frame given. They said they haven't put my order in the oven No one speaks when u come it. It's ridiculous. How many people were waiting for their orders and placed it long before mine. Customer service is horrible. Canceled my order and wasted a bunch of my time I will never get back

The worst service, my partner and I were discriminated against for paying the rest of the order with coins. The service is the worst I have ever received in my life.
The service here was embarrassing. Delivery guy couldn’t find the address, I had to walk across the parking lot to get my food. I got there and was confused because there was 1 pizza and an order of wings. We ordered 2 pizzas and no wings. He had no other pizza in the car. I spoke with the management and they said that the pizza I was missing was back at the store and that he would bring it asap. Waited an hour and a half and called back and he said they sent it out with a driver and we asked the status. He said driver wouldn’t answer . So here I am without my pizza and no answer. Ridiculous. It’s sad that people don’t have enough pride in their life to do their job correctly. Hopefully someone decides to step up at this place and make it operate as a business…

Unbelievable your delivery driver (young kid) was horrible couldn't pronounce name on the box then tells me that's not who ordered the pizza after he realized he was wrong next he decided to put the pizza on ground then walks away makes it to his car turns back around I'm thinking he's going to pick up the box of pizzas and hand to me the kid asked for a tip ridiculous please offer training
10/10/10 this location is the best ever. i ordered online and only ordered a bacon pizza. i called and they said it was already in the oven! so she asked me what pizza i meant to order, and they remade it for me and sent me the one i meant to order!!! she was so nice about it and her manager, too. for remaking it for me. i appreciate it very much!!!!!!
