This is literally the most poorly managed papa johns I've ever ordered from. The service is horrendous 95% of the time and the quality of the food is hit or miss every single time; you literally never know how bad the experience will be at this location. Brace yourself for the worst if you choose to order from this location. Best case scenario, you will have a less than satisfactory experience

Was placing an order for take out & the girl told me on the phone she couldn’t take my card number over the phone which is how I always pay and get food from there. People like her ruin business’s and she must be super lazy and doesn’t like her job to simply take a card number!! Called on 3/2/2024 around 11pm . Super inconvenient and so rude . Shouldn’t be in business if she barely wants to work

I ordered a pairing special. I only needed two items which amounted to just over $13 inclusive of taxes. I used $10 papa dough which, requested delivery (specifically for it to be handed over to me), and a tip. The net amount was slightly less than $13 so the online app refused to put through the order. So I added another item to the pair, just for the convenience of delivery. The driver arrives, we hear a loud “thump” at the door, frightened us out of our wits. When we checked, or order was left on the planter outside our door. I find the policy and service highly unacceptable. I gain papa dough because I am a regular customer. There is also a delivery fee charged, which has to be paid. What does it matter the quantum of the order? And why not deliver in the manner paid for. Just unacceptable service.

Shania is an amazing customer service worker. She makes that human connection!!The pizza is always fresh and cooked to perfection!The app is so easy to place order and track!! I love our papa John’s! We order dinner one night a week from here!! So delicious the garlic sauce!!!

The girls that answer the phone during the daytime are RUDE. oh my goodness.I been ordering at this location probably longer than they've been alive. Get rid of these rude girls who answer the phone.

The prices have become outrageous 2 pizzas 46 dollars.... pizza is pizza theirs is by no means the best nor the worst but for average pizza almost $50 buck do better I can get 2 pizza for under 30 bucks anywhere else l...
Probably the worse Papa John's I've been to. Managers don't care about anything nor does the actual workers and all delivery people are disrespectful yelling for a tip before I can even hand them one. The pizza is okay but I do not recommend delivery due to all the rude drivers there are.

Great place to order a quick pizza. Their pizzas are really good. Kids also love it and it's very hard to please kids nowadays especially since there is pizza everywhere. We got papa John's pizza for the kiddos at school last year and they all loved it. They also give discounts if it's for a school. It's not a rule, but they're just very nice. Great service!

I may be just a little biased, but I wasn't impressed and I've definitely had better. But its a franchised pizza place and I shouldn't be TOO critical, but a good frozen pizza, nowadays, is just as comparable????♂️Parking: Ample storefront parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair availability.
