I had the Lychee martini and had to have two❤️❤️❤️ Also the plum sake was super delicious ? and the dessert was Banana Nutella dumplings, comes with ice cream, soooo freaking deliciousssss. First time coming here with a few friends, I had the Spicy Seafood Ramen and one of my friends Crunchy Tuna Roll. It was so good I had to share, if you're ever wanting to try a new place and in the mood for good sushi try out Phat Boy.

After a year of calling this my Favorite Restaurant, I'm editing my review.The service and food have fallen so hard recently that I just can't go anymore.Today we ordered 3 Tonkatsu Ramen. That's it. The first bowl came out with chicken for some reason, and had overcooked hard boiled eggs. We sent it back as it was not our order. Then they brought out one bowl by itself. The other two took another 15 full minutes to come out. I awkwardly waited, while it got soggy for my friends. Then, worst of all, they changed the Tonkatsu Ramen from real marinated and grilled pork to cheap deep fried bacon for some reason, without any change to the menu or explanation.I hope the other locations haven't lost their way like ours has.

I went there on a Friday night and there was a waiting list I put my name down waiting for table and I asked where the restroom was to use the restroom and I was using the restroom and there was someone in the stall and I heard the commode flush and somebody just walked straight out of there and I saw that it was a cook bc I saw the back of the shirt said fat boy sushi I didn't hear the I didn't hear water water running to wash their hands. At that point I washed my hands and left went to the front hostess and canceled my name off the list and notified them I really doubt they notified the manager it was jam-packed in there but that is totally unacceptable and disgusting for mail to use the bathroom and walk out of there without washing his hands and going back to work to cook food that restaurant was packed I could not imagine whose food his hands touched for me that's totally unacceptable and I'll never visit that restaurant ever again that is not what Coral springs deserves as a restaurant for the Patriots too come and eat and employees specially during covid are not washing their hands I was so furious I wanted to talk to manager but I just had to leave to go get dinner elsewhere.

A complete waste of time coming to this place. Service was the worst part of my experience, waiter was never to be found and repeatedly got our food order wrong, bringing things we didn’t even order and telling us we did. Additionally, the food took forever!!! even though we were the only table inside eating sushi on a Thursday night. Conclusion, we wasted time sitting in a restaurant where their food is mediocre and service is trash. Don’t come if you don’t want to be disappointed! They lost me as a customer…
