We never found the location and when we called no one answered
I've done business with your store for about 5 years now. Last week I walked in to drop off a package and 2 steps into the store, the lady behind the counter screamed at me that I needed a mask to enter the store. Now, the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of Florida, the CDC, and Dr Fauci have ALL stated that masks were no longer required for fully vaccinated people. I understand that it's up to each business to make their own rules but to yell across a room with several customers standing around, I feel that was rude and embarrassing. There are many nicer ways to ask someone to put on a mask rather than screaming at them across the room. I had a mask in my purse. I just wasn't sure if your store required one or not. It's confusing now. Some do require it, some don't. I wasn't even interacting with anyone, I was merely dropping off a package that already had the postage on it. I will no longer do business with your store.

I’ve always gotten great customer service at this location. Friendly, professional staff that takes the time to explain every aspect of delivery.
New ownership is awful! Second time that I have bent mail and says on the envelope “do not bend!” Wrong mail and missing mail. This did not happen with Joey!
