Driving home late last night, called ordered a small cheese pizza, instead of the guy on the phone asking if I meant the medium pie, because that must be taboo in the pizza business he put it through as a personal pan without mentioning it to me. Twenty minutes later when I go to pick up the pie, I pay and he pulls out this tiny box, when I say that’s not what I ordered, I did not order a personal pan and this not what I ordered. He said you didn’t say medium, I said I want a small cheese pie, never said personal pan pizza. Anyway when I called to speak to the manager, she couldn’t be bothered to take my call and told the kid to take a message. Then he replied after I told him, he said well he was too busy to give her the message right now. I don’t think I’ll be going back there. They don’t seem to care about their customers or the service they provide.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! They are the worst! We ordered boneless and regular wings. The wings are so spicy that we can't eat them. The manager Michael is rude and he disconnected the call. The staff member Rafael slammed the phone down in my ear when I asked to speak to the manager. We ordered pan pizza, they sent flat bread. The entire order was incorrect.

Terrible customer service. They constantly make mistakes and refuse to fix them. The manager had an attitude because I asked about a special that one of her employees told me they didn’t have any anymore. She refused to fix the issue and told me I should have ordered it in the first place. This location is convenient for me, but I guess I will have to find a new one because the food is not worth the headache.

The place was not clean or dirty, and the food was undercooked, making me sick. Not worth the expensive price. Never again will I be eating here. The two pizzas I had ordered were pepperoni and pineapple; the pizza looked white, meaning it was undercooked. After eating the food, my family and I had a stomach ache, followed by diarrhea. The pizza was not cut right; the breadsticks were not cut, and neither were the cinnamon sticks, which were stale and dry.
