I placed a delivery order directly through the Pizza Hut website. I then was unsure if the apartment number was on the address for the order so I called the number listed on the website and got to a call center, six times they said they would transfer me to the store and disconnected me. It had been almost an hour, and my order had not come yet, so I went to the store, and the people at the register in front had no clue and said they didn’t even see the order. Fortunately, my daughter, who is still at home, called me while I was there at the store, and said that the delivery driver was able to find it. This is absolutely terrible. I ordered from Pizza Hut a lot, but it’s usually “pick up” I think I’m gonna start finding some things on the Domino’s menu that I find pleasing because this is horrible. What bothers me is that if he weren’t able to find the correct apartment, no one would have been able to help me not even the store, which scares me for future orders.

Ordered a large hand tossed pizza fromThis location. My pizza was not thick and fluffy like regular pizza. Instead it was very similar to a “thin crust style” pizza. I am very disappointed in the quality of my pizza.

This is our local Pizza Hut and we order at least once or twice a month from here. In the past (few years) the service and quality of the prepared food was not on par at all. So much so that we stopped going. My son however thinks PH is the best ever so we started ordering from them again. More recently it has been exceptional! At least the last 6 months or so we have had no issues with what we ordered and the food has been prepared perfectly. We order online and pick it up it in store, sometimes pay online and sometimes pay in store. Each time we have had great experiences with customer service and the pizzas and apps have been fantastic! If people have had a bad experience then try it again, especially if you enjoy the Pizza Hut brand. It might have been the crew working there. We will most certainly continue to get takeout from here.
I order online, food come without napkins and utensils.I ask driver for utensils stated it inside bag. There is no utensils inside the bag at all.Vegetarian options: Nothing

Terrible service. I called several times over the course of 2 and a half hours, many calls which I was hung up on. First time spoke with Omar and was told that my delivery was delayed because of a flat tire it would be delivered in 20 minutes. It was not. I called again and talked to Hugo, he was not helpful and told me that he didn't know an eta. Finally got another name, Jonathon the manager. Staff was unhelpful, hanging up and refusing to even ask for information. This is not how you treat customers, if my order is canceled you could at least tell me. They would refuse to answer my calls and hang up after I mentioned my name.

The store manager I spoke to was rude and hang up the phone on me. I placed an order online(after trying for an hour to log in on the app ), I chose delivery,added my delivery address and after I submitted the payment it switched to carry out. I called and asked if they cam switch it to delivery since that's what I chose and he simply told me to cancel it and re-order it online but it would take 3-5 days to get a refund. When I asked if I do that and it switches to carry out again how are we gonna fix it? He simply hang up on me. Poor service, no wonder this locations reviews are bad.
