The customer service at this location is absolutely disgusting. As a very frequent paying customer, I was rudely told by the assistant manager I can't pay for extra granola because they were rationing what they had left for other future potential customers and there wasn't enough, even though I was a current paying customer. I would get fired if I told that to a customer, let alone someone who comes in more than 20 times per month. They also had some on the counter for purchase, that they could've dipped in to give me. They clearly care about money more than customer satisfaction, instead of letting me pay $1 for extra they'd rather get $12 from someone else. Hopefully that was worth losing a regular customer. The food quality has also gone down significantly, 9/10 times the strawberries are overripe and gross. I was willing to overlook this previously because I love Playa Bowls so much but not anymore! Do better!

Thsi restaurant staff dont care about anyone ....6 uber /doordash guys were waiting for there order and the restaurantmain door was closed....the staff is so rude ...he dont even care to co e and speak with the guys standing outside...that what was the issue why cant they prepare the orders.....owner should have a close look on the guys they hired....they don't care about business

I’ve become a playa bowls junkie and usually visit the one in pompano beach, I was not happy with the preparation of my bowl here in comparison to the one I get in pompano beach.
