I have been coming to this location for about three years now. I have had some great and also OK experiences Especially later at night when food runs out. But the past few nights I have had extremely amazing customer service with Emmanuel. Not only is he quick and efficient, he is also very kind and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. Thank you, Emmanuel for always providing great customer service, your attitude makes a difference and it makes me want to come back each time.

So I ordered a chop chop I ask for yellow rice no beans all vegetables… why I only receive chicken and yellow rice. I repeat my order three times just to get it wrong.. then I get to the window they say chop bowl with beans and I said no beans. The problem here is that they are doing to much playing and talking and not getting customers orders correct.. the first time I let it slide with the spoil lemonade now this time I go back just to give another opportunity and nope yall failed me so I would not be returning to this location don’t recommend no one to go… they need big guys to come in other than that your rating going to go down more and more

This is the closest pollo to my house, love the food but I literally have never gotten a correct order from them. It’s the most annoying thing ever - it’s not like they’re forgetting a sauce, they’re forgetting entire meals, all sides, putting sauce on things that say no sauce. It’s mind numbing dealing with this place.

I love Pollo Tropical, especially the garlic sauce, but this visit was disappointing. After I paid, they told me I had to buy a $5 large container because they were short-staffed and couldn’t refill the small cups. Poor customer service.
This is the worst Polllo Tropical in Florida I have ever visited in my life. While visiting back home excited to go there and turns out horrible! The wait with the staff playing around inside while working over the food and manager not addressing concerns of professionalism or moving the wait along. Finally sit down to eat and open my food the chicken was burned and full of bones with hardly any meat on them. Spent over $30 and had to throw away my complete meal! Never will I return and now in remembrance why I stop eating there for so many years now! Use to be a great establishment, but ran down by the unprofessional managers and worker employed there. Good luck in the future with growth, I rather eat Publix rotisserie chicken before I eat that damn dog food ever again!

After waiting in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take an order, we just finally walked out. What the hell where’s the manager? She’s wearing a red shirt and very short white hair what a joke.
