Food salty, tables dirty, bathroom dirty, very difficult to place orders, employees that don't respond well bearly can hear them, not a smile unwelcome atmosphere, wrong orders all the time. This place needs help and better management.

The manager is what you expect from any establishment and was super quick to provide me with the issue I had! Food was great and she runs a tight ship!!!!! Would give 10 stars if possible

From all of the pollo tropical I have been, I had never seen anyone like Miss Jessica, She really deserves 1000 stars because of her customer service and always smiling to the customers.
This was my first time in this location, and wow, I'm impressed how she handled the restaurant, even if there was a lot of customers and like today that I saw many orders inside and also through the walk-through.
