Sure the food is good here, that is if they don’t mess up your order. They get my order wrong more often than right, terrible drive thru service with the same female employee taking orders. They didn’t close the lid to the soup I just got and it spilled in my car, last week they put beans in a bowl that I requested no beans. They’ve overcharged me in the past as well. Very dissatisfied

Awesome pleca for a quick lunch or take out. Highly recommend the pork tropichop. If you're in a tight budget the quarter chicken with rice and beans is unbeatable and way better quality food than grabbing chinese, pizza or burgers.

Terrible. I was overcharged and my food was horrible. The Rice was hard and burnt,veggies were mushy and over cooked, pork was drier than the Sahara desert and so was the chicken. Never again will I go to this location. And most of the order was incorrect and alot of what i ordered was never put into the bag which im kinda glad because the food i did get was horroble. I'm very disappointed in Pollo Tropical. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered chicken, white rice and black beans. Lunch portion $8. The meat was fresh and tastey. The rice was mushy. The beans were good. I had a small salad. That was good. I like the cilantro sauce. I drank water. The salsa sauces were delicious, fresh and tastey. It came with a small, soft roll. I also ordered chicken soup during the rain storm. It was cold.! I threw it out. That was a waste of my money. I should have returned it.
