If I could zero starts I would.
Let me just start by saying the service here is TERRIBLE I received very poor service by a manger there was a small situation regarding by my coupon, the cashier went to go inform the manger to see if she can assist, before the manger could even approach me I hear her in the back ground speaking in Spanish complaining. I’m assuming she did not know I spoke Spanish as well. I believe her name was Maria

Instead of making the situation right she was very aggressive with her words and just rude and asked me to move in get back in line because her timer was running.

This is unacceptable coming from A PAYING customer.
I will no longer give my money here or any Popeyes if this is the way they train their mangers.
You will not get my dollar and I will for sure spread the word.

Terrible Customer Service by Counter Employee. Wrong Order and Incorrect Change.

GOT Ripped off at this location 2 times on the same visit on 3/13/25. First I had a BOGO for Wings for joining the reward program. Show the person at the counter my email on this reward. There was a link to get reward. Rather the menu pulled up. The employee went to the kisok and enter somthing, I thought it was the Bogo. When I got my bag and opened up the container there was only one order of wings. NO BOGO. Secondly, I paid cash (mistake) The total was 7.48. I should have gotton 12.52 as indicated on the receipt. However, when I got home, the cash back was only 6.52. If I could have given this location a negative 5 I would have. ANOTHER RIP OFF BY THIS LOCATION. WORST, TRIED TO CONTACT POPEYES'S CUSTOMER SUPPORT. ONLY OPTION WAS TO REPORT A COMPAINT THRU TEXT. The Manager or Owner of this location, did not have the decency to get in contact with me.The review for the company HQS in Miami is worst. 1.2 STARS! 48 HOURS LATER, NO CONTACT FROM THE STORE OR CORPORATE !

Absolutely bull crap .. Every time i go there im upset when I get home . if I dont check every item . they get my order wrong every time ..i live 10 15 minutes away .. Its not the custimers fault noone wants to do their job!
I'm not going there again.
