Serious Sanji| Dumpling & Dim Sum & Bubble Tea

Delicious food and great service. We arrived as a small group and were quickly seated. Our water remained refilled without needing to ask and the food arrived with no issues. Both our food and drinks were made as ordered and all tasted delicious and fresh. The AC was cool, the lighting was just right to make it cozy but not dark, and the music wasn’t too loud. The robot was precious and I appreciate that it accompanied the servers rather than replacing their jobs. There are a lot of items to choose from and I look forward to coming back in the future when I’m in the area.

Absolutely incredible dumplings, some of the best I’ve ever had! The flavors were bold and authentic, the dough perfectly chewy, and each bite was packed with flavor. The service was fast and extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and wholesome and who doesn’t love a BellaBot?!

Great Takeout Experience!

Placed a pickup order and everything was accurate and ready on time. We ordered the fried chicken dumplings, chicken soup dumplings, and shrimp lo mein—all were delicious! The lo mein used non-traditional noodles, but the flavor was still excellent.

The staff was friendly—one lady even took extra time to make a custom sauce for my wife, which was much appreciated.

Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience. Will definitely order again!

I brought my husband and kids here tonight (a Monday) because they were so excited to try this place. We were welcomed by sitting at a table for 20 minutes without a menu or even a drink order taken. Then another 30 minutes before an order of noodles was brought to the table. We had to get our own plates and utensils after two attempts of asking for it. All other customers followed suit and got up to get their own as well. Never once was there an apology for the wait, lack of customer service, or lack of urgency. After an hour of enduring the WORST service I’ve ever had my hungry family and I decided to leave. I asked for the check and was expected to pay for food we never received. Although this establishment is hyped up on social media, I will never spend another dime or step my foot in there. I blame management for being under staffed and having incompetent staff on the schedule.

I order the beef noodle soup and it honestly felt like it was instant ramen and the broth was mid. The other dishes like fried rice, pork buns, and dumplings were good. It was a busy Sunday and there was only one server I felt bad for the guy since he was trying his best he was really nice

Food here is great! We stopped in for a quick lunch and it did not disappoint. You have to try the piggy buns and rice cakes! The dim sum was so large and full of flavor! The dumplings were probably the juiciest dumplings we’ve had. Our waitress was fast and very attentive to the table. We weren’t expecting that level of service and flavor. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the restaurant was and how delicious all of our food was. 10 out of 10 in all areas. Very authentic dim sum restaurant!

I found this place through Google while looking for some place for lunch. I tried the beef noodle soup. Sadly, I do not recommend it. The broth tasted like a basic canned beef broth with soy sauce added. The beef had an odd flavor and texture. Im pretty sure they just threw in some of the beef they use for stir frying. The server was nice.

I came here because i saw it on instagram and all the food looked delicious and i had to give it a try! However i came to be extremely disappointed, not only with the service but with the food presentation and menu. On the menu the pictures of the food look photoshopped, once we got the food it looked nothing like it, some of the descriptions of the food would say fried but once u get them they were not fried they were steamed. I was very disappointed when i tried the scallion oily noodles, the “noodles” are dollar store ramen, not real ramen, the noddles were stiff and stuck together, and it tasted sweet, nothing like scallion. The place also smelled like a dirty wet rag. I am only rating this place one star because i am unable to rate it zero. and for $30 the quality and food is not worth at all.

Before they re-did their menu, it was just okay. Now... it's a serious dumpling location. The selection is great and legit. Boba is on point. Unfortunately, there's minimal staffing structure and service is ...s....l....o......wwww....
