Friendly staff and great service. My daughter dropped her smoothie and they were kind enough to remake it for me. I go here atleast 2 times weekly. The place is always clean.
SO much better service recently! I used to be a regular a year ago, but the kids they had working there clearly did not care to give any type of good service to customers. NOW the new staff is a delight! Always has my order ready when I order ahead, super friendly and engaging, and they seem like they really enjoy their job! Love this location!

I went to this location for the first time last Wednesday and there was a girl that had a very bad attitude. If im not wrong her name is sanica. I like smoothie king a lot and I went to this location because it was close by, but I’m never going again. She was rude and took a while to make a smoothie that I didn’t like because I did not taste right. I hope the owner sees this because I don’t think this is normal in a team member. She needs to work on her skills more because this can bring this store down.

I went there at 8:20 and asked for a açaí bowl and she said that she put everything away and couldn't make it I asked for a manager she called her and she said she sure she can make it. So then she had an attitude about it .

My boyfriend and I decided to stop in for a post workout smoothie. We both went with the Peanut Power Plus in the 32oz size. Wow - was this smoothie delicious! I would definitely recommend this flavor.The location was kept pretty clean which we both appreciated. The only reason I'm providing a 4 and not a 5 was due to friendliness of staff. The girl at the register didn't acknowledge us but rather stood and stared till we were ready to order. A friendly hello or offering of a recommendation would've been nice. All in all, I would return because the smoothie was delicious. Actually considering stopping by the location closest to my job during lunch on days I'm looking for a light snack.

This place is lacking customer service. I walked in with my baby to place an order and the server who identified herself as Jess refused to greet me or even serve me. Her attitude as a customer service representative needed much to be desired. when I expressed my displeasure she was dismissive. I asked for a pen and paper to write corporates number down. I was informed they don’t have a pen or paper and no access to corporate. I asked for a manager and they gave me a name of Bree. No last name. The people here need some form of training because this behavior is unacceptable.
