Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I either order online or come in it’s the same slow service. Super slow at making drinks every time.

I have been a regular at this location for a few years. I used to bring my dog, Luna, there pretty regularly, to the point that some of the staff recognize us. 2 months ago, she had to be put down unexpectedly and I made a stop there for her last pup cup. It was so heartbreaking but my regular barista and the manager, Gladys, were there. They were so empathetic and knew exactly how hard this was for me. I went back about a month or so after and they gifted me a gift card with a sweet message. I wish I knew everyone’s name but right now I only know Gladys’. The staff here is absolutely amazing and have always taken care of us regularly but I needed to highlight this moment because they deserve the credit. I could not speak highly enough of them and I hope they see this.

The staff was amazing. I was greeted and helped by Kecelaine who was the sweetest ever. She was patient and kind and helped me to decide the perfect drink for me. This is the first time that I have ever felt welcomed at a startbucks. I stopped going to startbucks for a while because the one on commercial and university were so rude but going to the one on 2800 n university changed my mind. Kacelaine is a great asset to the company. She deserves much recognition!!!!

I stopped going to this location because the drinks were always disappointing. I started going to the drive thru one in sample and university, which is by far the better option. However, today I got an iced pumpkin cold brew from the walk location, can’t say I was surprised but the drink tasted like sour water with a hint of coffee. And unfortunately the full drink you see in this picture was dumped out, wasn’t drinkable and a complete waste of money. Not surprising but will never give this location another chance. Expensive drinks for poor quality and care.

Workers got my order all wrong. They kept talking amongst themselves while I tried ordering, I repeated my order and yet they still got it completely wrong, drink AND food.

Seriously guys, I don't know what's wrong with this store. The menu is the same everywhere but something is always wrong, either they forgot to add an espresso shot, or too much sugar, or they didn't see the order, the taste of coffee is the same in all Starbucks, except this one. However Service is good

This store is disgustingly dirty. I placed an order for pick up after dropping off a friend at a nearby doctor’s appointment. When I went into the store, it was so filthy that I couldn’t stomach the idea of eating or drinking anything from there, so I cancelled my order at the counter. The windows were dirty. The floors were filthy. There was trash piled up at the end of the counter. And the restroom was disgusting. There’s no way it had been cleaned in a very long time. NO NO NO WAY!

This has been the worst!!! Starbucks experience that I've ever to . First off I have a lot of patients . I ordered a latte cold & I never 👎🏽 received the drink I stood waiting over 20mins before I even said anything. When I approached the cashier to ask her what's the status of my order she stated oh! Our name printer is not working . That's still no excuse of y I haven't received my beverage. She didn't have a clue of what was going on or tried to find out what's going on . The whole team needs more training on proactive, effective communication skills etc . And when I asked for a supervisor she stated that she was & you're in leadership Starbucks needs to really evaluate the workers at this location seriously because everyone worked their especially the young lady that was preparing the drinks where pick up was . Also when I asked the supervisor for me money back due to the excessive time I waited she forgot to give me money . I had to remind her to give me my refund . It was the worst experience!!! Smh

Very alarming when I encountered a fully dressed man coming out of the woman’s bathroom when the men’s bathroom was unoccupied and when I reported to the employee it was completely dismissed.

The bathroom was left in poor condition and this alone will prevent me from coming to this starburst again. Poor service and dismissed what I had mentioned absolutely ignorant and unprofessional staff.

I was fine with this location, until today. I was there with my infant. An employee was cleaning a machine that was quite loud and amped up the baby. Literally, no one was complaining about the baby since it was pretty empty. The employee came up to me and told me to tell the baby to keep it down because people are working 🤣. I very calmly told this employee to tell the baby herself. LOL. Did I miss the memo? Is Starbucks a library or office now? Are children not allowed? I paid $7.09 for a mediocre cup of coffee. My baby isn't the problem here. Smh.
