I usually love Starbucks, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered an iced coffee and a pastry, but it took 16 minutes for me to get my order. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the service was slow. While the coffee and pastry were good, the long wait really dampened the experience. I hope they can improve their service speed.

This is one of the busier locations but I believe it's because it doesn't have the drive thru. But this location is a great place to get some work done or have nice place to meet and talk outside. The service at this location is always fast and helpful. I don't know what I'm ordering half of the time as my kids change their mind last minute but the staff is always helpful and kind.
