Often receive the wrong drink and find out after leaving the drive thru window. Yet, the suggestion for a tip is always shoved in my face when paying. Yesterday, the person at the drive thru window, clutched my drink while she demanded payment first. Keep your toxic behavior and food!

Chris is a great manager and runs the store well. The young lady at the window gave me attitude when I requested ice. She said I could’ve ordered it at the box. I actually tried to order it on the app. It said not available.
My daughters like the food, although I think it’s way overpriced. However, the order is never ready when promised, and each item in the order is scattered all over the dirty counter rather than placed together, much less put in one bag. 🙄 It’s like I have to go on a little scavenger hunt to find all of the items in my order. Also, they often don’t have what I ordered even though the website showed it as available.

Alexa is an amazing barista! I love coming to the Starbucks, made a lot of Connections! Love the environment and love what you done with the place. They always greet me when I come in!! Everyone is so nice and pretty !

Sweet staff but in need of training! Drive through earlier today was quite slow, wrong drink was produced two times and the poor girl at the window could only apologize on behalf of the team.

Some employees in this location are rude, disrespectful, childish, and need a reality check. You cannot have a sign on the window stating “this is an enjoyable experience, we love serving you coffee” and display horrendous behavior at the same time.
Alexa, clean your fingernails. Working in an industry where you serve food and drinks requires proper hygiene.
Cierra, how did you get a supervisor position? Your behavior is crass and abrasive.
Management clearly perpetuates this behavior to model for their “partners.”
Speaking to the DM about this. Good Customer service and simple proper human interaction are really easy to pull off, you’re not doing anything special.
And realize the problem is YOU, not customers expecting to be treated with decency.

I try not to get on here and leave bad reviews because I also work in the service industry. But the service here is so CONSISTENTLY bad I had to post something. The baristas are so rude, and if you say anything about your drink, even as polite as possible, they give horrible attitude. They act so inconvenienced by any question about your order, that THEY got wrong in the first place. I would continue to come because the drive through is so convenient, but honestly, it’s not worth the aggravation. 90% of the employees there make it obvious they don’t want to be there. And where is management? Every time I go they are non existent. This location was so much better before the renovation. I don’t know what changed, maybe the management? But it’s gone downhill. I get working in the service industry is rough, and people can be a lot. But to give customers attitude for your own mistakes is crazy.

Things have gone down hill at this location. Between getting my order after people that walk in after me, and my orders being made, not just incorrectly, but lazily, I don't desire to go back here. During the last visit, I waited over ten minutes for my order, all the while other drinks are flying out the door, when the orders were placed after mine. On top of that, the barista tried to take the short way out and make my custom drink with another in the same blend. He should be ashamed!

Today, on sept 24th around 6 to 7am. The young man Didn’t want to be to work today. Long wait time in the drive thru. He wasn’t helping with the drinks. The service is usually quick. If I wasn’t blocked in, I would’ve left. Put me behind 10mins in traffic
