Every time we get a sweet cream cold brews… extra sweet cream less on the cold brew we always keep getting the regular ones.. never what we want. When we tell them to remake them the way we are paying for they won’t or they give us extra sweet cream in a cup it’s not the same. Wed should not have to do that we paying for what we want!!!! That’s why we go to the one by Publix., we go ever weekend there and they even know us cause they make them the way we like.., most of the time.. we went to this one cause the other was closed from electrical problems👎👎👎👎👎

I love the iced caramel macchiato but today I decided to try the Hazelnut Shaken Espresso, and it was very tasty! I especially love the fact that they took the time to write on the side of my cup: ENJOY LILI❤️! That made my day! I will definitely be coming back, as this particular Starbucks is very friendly, and this one appears to be more spacious and clean! 🤩

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. I waited over 40 minutes in line just for a simple coffee, and the staff ( Noah supervisor) was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the entire experience. There was no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. On top of the long wait, I was treated with attitude when I asked about the delay. This is completely unacceptable — Starbucks should do better.
