Today I was in that store and there was a gentleman by the name of J at the register chatting it up with another person named Francesca! I waited about two minutes without acknowledgment until I said “hi, I am ready to pay!”. Francesca looked at j and rolled their eyes as if I was asking for too much! J comes up to ring me up and Francesca never put my croissants in the oven and left! It almost seemed like she purposefully did that because I also had cake pops and she never gave them to me, but the customer before me got them right away! After waiting for about 5 minutes I asked another sweet person that was there for my food (gave me everything right away), J turns around, while ringing up customers, and says “she is impatient”! I was the ONLY person at that Starbucks and there was no reason for me to wait that long or for them not to even acknowledge me standing there! Brough this up to Carl!

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. There’s a short-haired male employee who, for the second time, has refused to make a specific drink that’s clearly on the menu. He keeps making excuses or saying he “can’t” prepare it, while other staff members never have an issue with it. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects really poorly on the store. If a drink is available on the menu, customers should be able to order it — no excuses. Definitely reconsidering coming back.

Watch your food at this starbucks, the staff are not so hygienic. I went there and ordered a lavender drink and the lady that was working in the morning time on 3/24, made the drink ran over the cup, and to my dismay she used her bare hands and wipe right around the cup. I could not drink it after, I had to throw it in the bin outside.

I have never left an establishment so angry. I paid at 5:39pm for ONE cold brew. I just left at 6:12 with NO COFFEE and a refund. Horrible customer service. No common sense. Over 30 empty cups with orders waiting to be made and nobody making drinks. Why is the cashier still taking orders? Where is management?! Once Tamika came out and i asked for a refund, i still waited another ten minutes for it as she begand fulfilling orders. So disrespectful. I am furious. And uncaffinated. Never ever again. do better. Horrible.

I received an app notification that grande drinks were $3. I was charged $11 for 2. Worker told me target Starbucks are diff. How as a consumer are we suppose to know this? Girls that work there look like they hate their job. Don't wear uniform serving customers in their street clothes.

Wanted to grab some coffee for my target run and Clarissa Was so sweet and has amazing customer service the line was long and I’m sure she was a little overwhelmed but she always had a smile on her face and took her time with all of us!

Only one person doing everything. Always long lines. Does not function even close to a regular starbucks
They don’t know the menu and the recipe at all! They said Starbucks at target is different that’s why they can’t make my drink which is always at the menu! And yes he said he doesn’t know how to make it. But for this case they have a book recipe. Just wow! Unfriendly and lazy staff!!!
Giving this location a 1 star due to their employee Angel she’s always complaining about customers and doing her job. It’s ridiculous to come and get coffee and get an attitude from this little girl behind the counter it’s every time I come here. Management should really re-evaluate their employees…….
