The cashier was a sweet girl but definitely got my order wrong. I asked for a venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk, line the cup with caramel sauce and salted caramel cold foam (in a trenta cup)…she said they didn’t have brown sugar syrup, so agreed with hazelnut. -_-Why did she ring up a venti salted caramel cold foam cold brew with hazelnut syrup, caramel drizzle and put in trenta cup…didn’t even get the caramel drizzle…I will never order from here again

The employees of the shop are disrespectful with their customer and were not taking the customers order so seriously. It seems like any inconvenience from customer will cause them great distress. Not a positive experience overall.

This has been our “selected” and “approved” Coffee spot. My husband and I are coffee connoisseurs. We have been coming to this Starbucks regularly since 2020. The majority of our food/coffee, as well, customer service experiences with Managers and Baristas alike, have been excellent!

I love going to Starbucks with my son. The coffee is awesome and the pastries are so yummy that I always have to get a few different ones. My absolute favorite are the cheese Danish,the coffee cake and the spinach wrap. They are all awesome!
