Every time I go to this location my coffee is different yet I order the same thing a non dairy salted caramel cold brew well this time there’s like no cold brew it practically all cream and not even filled to the top. I mean for a $7-8 dollar coffee it should at least be full

The food and drinks are okay. They're as good as any other Starbucks. The issue with this location is customer service or the lack thereof. They are not the friendliest or warmest people. Very dismissive and they come off as irritable. There's other Starbucks nearby with much better treatment and customer experience.

The staff here takes it very personal when they mess up your order and you ask for it to be corrected. 2nd time this week. First time when my drink was made wrong I asked for it to be remade , once it was handed to me she was so pissed, that when I said Thank you she didn’t even acknowledge. Second time today at drive thru , the guy barista took my order I paid him, a girl then came to the window (blonde hair blue eyes) handing me the credit card device to pay again. I said I paid already. She quoted off a completely different order, I told her it wasn’t mine, she asked me what did I order. Once I told her, she sat the drinks on the counter of the drive through , my dragon fruit refresher with lemonade was lite pink. I asked why does it look this color ? She proceeds to say because it has lemonade and no ice. Luckily this was my second order for the day I held my cup and said well this was the same thing. With an attitude she goes, Ile have them reshake it. No apology, nothing. It comes back still sloppily made,handed me a straw for the other drink literally stuck her hand out the window with the straw , kept her head looking at the register, but whatever I took the L. I won’t patronize this Starbucks again . Lesson learnt. Granted they were busy, but customer service goes a long way especially when the courtesy is extended from the customer. Like I said this was my second order of the day. My first order I picked up inside, the pickup counter is FILTHY! Sticky . I literally told my 18 year old not to touch it.

As always, the app had an item that was out of stock. I mobile ordered and when I got there to pick up my coffee, my sandwich was missing. After waiting a while I had to ask barista who had to ask another barista, who then told me there was no sandwich. I then had to wait in line after waiting for a nonexistent sandwich to get store credit, and as ALWAYS, reason for return is ‘didn’t want’. There’s always a stock problem with the app and they will never improve if your employees won’t even mark the correct reason for a return…. Was my first time visiting again after the short close, won’t be back.

Usually when I visit this location every day, the barista’s for the most part are always polite;however this morning I encountered “Rayvan” who was quite rude.I asked nicely for a straw and my receipt, to which her mannerisms became passive aggressive; tone, body language, and sarcasm. Maybe she was having a not so good morning; however that should not interfere with her providing quality customer service. As she is a reflection of the company. Customer service training needed. I will never visit this location again.
