I came to this location because the one near me is closed for renovations. It was quick in and out; I ordered on the app. Of course it was busy, but everyone was moving about efficiently. It was clean from where I stood waiting for my drink. I ordered the springtime drink; Matcha tea with lavender foam top. It was delicious! I would definitely make the short drive order here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful but it was quite dirty. Sugar and straws etc weren't stocked. Old cups were lying around, tables weren't clean. A shame because it is a great location.

Alexis went out of her way to make redeeming a coupon not work and kept telling me I most likely used it already. She didn't even look up my account or get a manager to help and spoke down to me.

I have never had a horrible experience at a Starbucks until this location. I had to repeat my order 3 times, waited 10minutes for one drink, and the woman tried to charge me multiple times. First she said my total was $24.60, scanned my app, then proceeded to tell me I still owe $10. THEN when i asked why what was my total originally because didn’t i pay it all on my card? SHE TOLD ME THE ORIGINAL TOTAL WAS $15. Then when I confronted her she blamed it on the computer. Also didn’t use my free drink as i asked her to with my stars. Learn how to do your job.
I've never been treated this way at any other Starbucks. The staff wasn't just rude, but insensitive and overreacted without even asking if the customer (myself) was okay. Today is the coldest day of the year and I usually run in the morning to get my coffee. I have asthma and cold air irritates my airways. Doesn't mean I'm sick and I wasn't coughing 20 min before my run. The manager or supervisor behind the counter handed me my coffee and asked me to go outside if I was gonna cough. It's 50 degrees outside, I'm not sick, and I'm a paying customer and the only one in here. Looks like I need to find a new coffee shop near by until the staff get gets properly trained.

So over it! Why can't I ever get the same drink? Either too much ice, tasteless or just plain wrong mix.. For $6 a cup there should be consistency!! Come on do better!

I went to this location today at 4:10 p.m. The drive-through had a long line, but I waited at least five minutes for over six cars in front of me. I ordered online but selected in-store pick-up versus drive-through. They accommodated me easily for it. The lady at the window was super friendly and asked if I needed napkins, a cup of water, or anything to make my trip go more smoothly. The only guy working at the bar killed it. He was making drinks super fast for being a one-person show working Uber eats mobile orders and drive-through as well as walk-ins. You need to keep these two on your staff.
