The lady behind the counter told me I couldn’t have turkey instead of ham on my BMT at this “build your own sandwich” place. Oddly enough I’ve been ordering my BMT this way for 20 years at every subway I’ve ever been to, including this one just last week so I’m not sure what her issue was. Definitely walked out without ordering.

There were cockroaches crawling on the walls, the guy who was working behind the counter saw but just made a joke about it. No concern was shown, makes me question the cleanliness of their back kitchen and what comes out of it. Half the selection of ingredients that were out looked spoiled, the man just picked around them. I haven’t been to a subway in a long time, and this experience reminded why I stopped going. I hope whoever owns that location will step in and sort out these issues quickly, roaches are definitely a health safety violation.

The food was good. There was a speaker blaring on the counter so I asked the young lady behind it to turn it down. She said she couldn’t because it was the managers. Toni the manager appeared a few minutes later and the employee told her I complained about the very loud music. After I sat down she turned it up again and seemed to be arguing with someone that wasn’t here. She talked so loud!!! Not a relaxing lunch. She also hollered motherfu*ker several times. This is not an isolated incident.

The staff here at 7pm is lazy , 25 minutes waiting in a line of 2 people for one sandwich, one girl was taking her sweet time making a sandwich while the other was literally placing a bag of turkey literally ONE SLICE AT A TIME into a plastic container. Talk about not wanting to do anything and milking the clock.

Worst subway ever visited in terms of customer service. 4 scoops of tuna melt on a footlong with less quantity. VEGETABLES ARE NOT FRESH HERE. When asked about the quantity on my 3rd visit he shown his attitude

Sign on door says they open at 8am. Business hours on Yelp and Google say they open at 8:30. Showed up at 8:20 figuring I'd just wait the 10m only to find out they don't open until 9. So frustrating!
