First of all, this is the third or fourth time I’ve come to this location within the opening hours and they have refused to serve me. You close at 8pm. I get there as 750,745 and they tell me “I know but sorry we are closed” DO NOT ADVERTISE INACCURATE HOURS OF OPERATION IF YOU do not PLAN TO FUNCTION AS SUCH. It’s is very MISLEADING. If you don’t plan to be open at 750 or 745 then say you are closed at such time so no one leaves there home to come to your establishment at such time. More importantly , the initial time it happened the lady ignored me. Today specifically there was a young male customer standing in the store with his sandwich on the phone and he was already served. Why is he still in the store if you are closed and service is completed????

This afternoon (8-22-24 at 4p) we purchased three full size subs at this Subway. We have been going to this Subway for over "20" years because we live around the corner. The shop was empty except for my wife and I.
Our downhill visit began with the way we were received by the person that waited on us. She was a mature lady, I believe she's possibly the owner or manager of the franchise.
She was on the phone when she approached us and sadly, she presented herself with an attitude as if she was doing us a favor by waiting on us.
She gave off an attitude almost to the point of displaying an annoyance with us the two times we asked a question.
And go figure, her employees display more of a professional and an I'm happy to serve you attitude than the boss does!

I've never had an issue at this location. They opened up at 12PM on sunday and I arrived at 12:05PM. I just don't understand why if they open that late in the day.Why you would need an extra 20 minutes to open. I will say once inside the associated treated me the great and because I waited so long, she gave me a discount for my sandwich. Kuddos to the Subway associate. They do need to work a little bit better on getting open on time.

The lady running this place apparently thinks she’s saving money by not using fresh ingredients like other subways. Doesn’t have full variety of bread selections most of the time either. This is the case for years. I go to other subway locations to eat.

Im a business owner and I understand what it is to own a business but when it comes to serving your customers I had a horrible experience. I was just calling to ask for my bread to be toasted right after I placed my order I get hung up on called again refused to answer went to the store confronted the person and asked for manager I was actually met with the owner and the owner was rude not understanding said she was busy and no apology if you want good customer service do not come here was not left consoled about my issue just said oh well I was busy.

Subs are always prepared well. The veggies are fresh and it’s a nice atmosphere. Excellent service and did not hold back on the meat and veggies. One of the best subways in Coral Springs. They accept the subway coupons ( read the fine prints) as exclusion apply. I like that they have BBQ sauce, not every subway have surprisingly and I love that the cheesy bread is always available.Very clean and updated! Check them out!!!

worst service Girl with attitude only allowed me certain subs because I had a coupon I ask for a mixed sub she threw a few pieces of bologna one piece of salami on it.

Wouldn't You Like To Know

Charged me for a large drink and gave me a small.Put a random $0.80 up charge for chicken. Did not order that or get it.Lettuce was wilted and brown. Pickles and cucumbers were discolored.Bathroom was locked and not able to be used.My boyfriend handed cash, but I wanted to pay with my card. She immediately told me she already entered the cash. Then once I said ok she hit something on the screen and the drawer opened and my change showed. She did not enter it, she wanted to avoid the credit card fee.When I called her out for the chicken and large drink charge she acted like it was a mistake. Way too many mistakes that in the end is a money come up for them.
