I usually always come here after errands and to be honest, this has got to be one of the best Taco Bell's I've been to. The service is amazing and quick, and in general, the staff is great.
I would like to give a compliment to Oden (not sure If spelled his name correctly) but 5 stars for helping me open the door when I had my hands full with my order.

Came to pick up a DoorDash order at 6:30pm 10/07/24 and staff was very unprofessional. Some girl yelled across the kitchen just to tell me it’s going to be over 10 minutes with 4 people just hanging in the dining area. How do I get a job here, because I’d like to get paid just to sit and do nothing. Need to hire olde staff, people with something to lose, these kids don’t care.

My husband is usually our family's "dinner pick up guy", however last night and tonight, I was "IT." I came on this page for the absolute sole purpose of writing this review with regard to your employee, Amaris. After placing yesterday's order, I couldn't help but pull up to the window, make sure the young woman's voice matched the voice in the order box and tell that young lady, "Your customer service skills are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! This evening was no different! So she is consistent! Her voice is professional in the speaker, yet very friendly! She was very patient as we took a little extra time gathering our thoughts about what to order. She's polite and courteous. She went out of her way to make sure that our visit to Taco Bell was an extremely pleasant one! It's been quite a while since I've experienced customer service at the level Amaris dishes it out, which, unfortunately, seems rare in many young people these days. So I HAD to spend the few minutes it took me to write this! When I mentioned that I was going straight home to write this, she exhibited a very humble, surprised and grateful laughter! What a nice person! Amaris is a keeper! If there are raises or promotions to be had, I pray she's first in line to receive! Finally, KUDOS to Amaris for a job well done! ? ???

Just got a chicken cantina burrito filled with sauce and that cabbage stuff . Just a bit of chicken all the way at the end of the end of the burrito . Oh but when asked for hot sauce they added about 10 … sauce cantina burrito

I ordered a burrito from the $3 menu and a number 3 meal, steak with a Sprite. Being a Taco Bell fan for almost a decade, I am extremely disappointed. The $3 burrito was bigger than my meal burrito, which cost more. Not to mention that they told me to pull over and park and that they’ll take me the order. They brought me my order and before I could even check the order, they just left and forgot my sprite. After this, until Taco Bell changes their menu and this specific location gets their act together, I am not having Taco Bell anymore. You’ll get better overall service at Talkin’ Tacos on University Drive. Look it up.
Ordered my food at the drive through. Gave me the wrong order. They then refunded the wrong order and charged me for my actual order. When I got the food I parked up and checked to see if it was right just to find out I was missing two items. The doors were locked so I called them just to have them tell me to get into a long line again at the drive through. This isn't the first time I had problems with this particular Taco Bell, and I have friends and family who also have similar issues. There are at least 3 other Taco Bells that I know of that do it right. This place just shouldn't exist with all of their weird policies and all of the problems they have. Also the higher ups are pretty awful too. I don't completely blame the other workers there.

this place is horrible, Terrible management place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! and i think i witnessed the manager spit in a customers food so i left. this is NOT a place i will be returning to ever again. wish i could give 0 stars but thats not an option unfortunately

Hi I just came by today to ask for a job and was told I couldn't work because of a beard ,I told the lady I could cut it no problem. I was really trying to get her to pull up my application to see the qualifications I have.she rudly told me to leave so I then left n came back n asked for her higher ups phone number so I can get in touch with someone else she called the cops on me
