this place is horrible, Terrible management place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! and i think i witnessed the manager spit in a customers food so i left. this is NOT a place i will be returning to ever again. wish i could give 0 stars but thats not an option unfortunately

My expectations are high AF for Taco Bell and it continues to be dissatisfying. I usually order food here late night and the food is just thrown together any kind of way granted it's a taco lol but here's my point. The quesadillas are never pressed firmly leaving the the tortilla soft and soggy feeling. The same with the Chulupa, it's never crisp and crunchy. I ask for specific toppings added to my taco and never get what I want while paying a extra surcharge for it. I love taco bell with my heart it's just this one particular location. It's sucks because of the convenience how close the restaurant is and my laziness to drive further to another location for better food and service. The insanity is real ?

This place is bad.No one inside, no one in the drive through, and one lady has already been waiting 25 minutes for her food. Me and a coworker ordered 20 minutes ago and still waiting. There’s three people working from what I can see, and two of them are standing around spaced out instead of making food. We ended up getting our money back and walking out 25 minutes in.

I went around lunch time to order in as the drive thru was extremely busy. They had 3 people working and nobody acknowledged me . I waited close to 15 mins and nobody came to ask what I needed. Terrible service.

Never coming back again. This location is very short staffed, the people working are not rude but ignore walk-in customers to just focus on Drive-Through. I don't blame them for that; maybe its a policy they have to follow, but I blame the terrible management for that. I ordered a burrito and a crunchywrap and wanted to pay cash, just to wait almost 30 minutes (during which the only attention I got was a "are you paying cash? Ok), got desperate, and left hungry with 30 minutes of my life wasted.Horrible attention. As if I was beging for charity.

Went here just now and the guy at the window stated that they don't have a #9. Also they don't have soda. I didn't ask for a soda. Then I asked for just a taco and he said they didn't have that either. Worst service ever.
