Worst Service ever!! I came with my family to eat inside of the place, and the place was totally empty we made the order, and they were just chilling in the kitchen then they start to prepare the food for the drive thru costumers. We waited 16 min and we decide to ask them what happened with our order and they said they just started doing it, and then we waited another 15 min and then we got it.

Never get my order right and when I try bringing the wrong order back to get it correct it’s always a problem and never have good customer service. I’d rather drive cross town than to go back to the Taco Bell two streets over from my house.

I took my granddaughter to Taco Bell for their new chicken nuggets. She was very skeptical but agreed to try them. That being said, she can't wait to go back for more. They are made of actual chicken breast, not processed pieces. The seasoned fries were also excellent. Chick-fil-A has some competition. Definitely give them a try. Service at the drive-thru was also very pleasant.

This Taco bell just takes forever to complete payment and deliver food to window. Waiting always about 8 min. No one is in line or in the restaurant. I don't understand. It's poor service. Everyone looks lost doing the job inside. I'm writing this as I wait by window. Geezus. I do NOT recommend this Taco bell.

BAD SERVICE
I recently visited the Taco Bell on Wiles Road, Coral Springs, FL and had a disappointing experience. It was late at night, and the staff, mostly younger black employees, seemed to be more focused on handling DoorDash orders than attending to customers at Drive-Thru. The employees say The outdoor menu screen shut off at 1 AM automatically, making it impossible to order directly from the menu; Its forced to use the app instead. To make matters worse, the sprinklers were on and spraying water onto customers' cars in the drive-through.
When I approached the drive-through window, it felt unprofessional. It didn't seem like the staff took their job seriously ear price like AirPods or were properly trained. I couldn’t help but wonder who is managing this location. It appears the team needs better supervision, and Taco Bell should review the security footage to assess the staff's behavior.
On a separate occasion, it seemed like they intentionally turned off the lights outside to make it look like they were closed. It’s frustrating to see the lack of professionalism at this location. If you’re okay with subpar service, this is the place to go; otherwise, you might want to take your business elsewhere. Close this taco bell for food. You can see the photo?

They told me "stop don't come near the window"..... and I just sat there until they waved me up to get my order. Why are they telling people to stay away from the window. This is not the first time. It's weird. My crunch wrap supreme was a lettuce wrap supreme. No meat! No beans! What the heck?!?! Cold cheese! I live one minute away...

We just picked up our order, unfortunately my boyfriend forgot his phone so he couldn't prove to the staff the order was wrong but when he got home the entire order was incorrect. We ordered 2 of the ranch nacho fries and 2 of the street chalupas and instead we got a regular taco, 2 random burritos of some sort I don't even recognize, and what looks like a crunchwrap which was burned. And besides that my boyfriend said that the staff was rude when he got there and when he said he had an online order which was under my name, they responded sarcastically and then told him "okay, pull up Sabrina"... they also asked several times who the order was for but still got it totally wrong. He said it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Safe to say we won't be going there anymore.
