Don’t even bother telling them what you want cause they’re just gonna make whatever they feel like making. Your order will be wrong every single time lmao
I’m leaving a 1 star review because I’ve come to this location many times as it a family favorite and to home and for the first time I’ve had a NEGATIVE experience. This was due to the store manager Chris, chubby maybe Spanish with long dark hair just in case the wrong name was provided. I ordered a #13 and #6 and the drinks were different sizes, I asked to for to pay the difference to get the same size for the drinks and he argued with me and told be I would have to pay for an additional drink or go back through the line because his line was getting long when he could’ve just charged me the difference or something. His explanation for the inconvenience was that the chalupas come with a large and I’m supposed to check the screen. The Taco Bell rep should have repeated the order. When I refused to go back to the end of the line he threaten ban me, I’ve come to this location SO MANY TIMES AND NEVER HAVE I FELT SO TERRIBLE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to go to another Taco Bell location 20 minutes from my home, and ended up getting the soft tacos instead of chalupa’s. Overall negative experience, the customer service was poor, and the fact that he called himself a manager the in store camera footage needs to be reviewed, I will be contacting corporate on Monday.

I ordered through the drive-thru, and when I got home, half my order was missing. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. Very frustrating experience. Please double-check orders before giving them to customers.”

As an uber driver I don’t usually leave bad reviews unless it’s very bad I’ve been waiting over 25 mins for one order. Employees only catering to the drive thru line. No acknowledgment when I walked in. Today’s date October 3, 2025 at 9:02 pm. I

Absolutely horrible. I already have a detailed and severely disappointing review. Never will visit this location again.
Worst Service ever!! I came with my family to eat inside of the place, and the place was totally empty we made the order, and they were just chilling in the kitchen then they start to prepare the food for the drive thru costumers. We waited 16 min and we decide to ask them what happened with our order and they said they just started doing it, and then we waited another 15 min and then we got it.

Never get my order right and when I try bringing the wrong order back to get it correct it’s always a problem and never have good customer service. I’d rather drive cross town than to go back to the Taco Bell two streets over from my house.

I took my granddaughter to Taco Bell for their new chicken nuggets. She was very skeptical but agreed to try them. That being said, she can't wait to go back for more. They are made of actual chicken breast, not processed pieces. The seasoned fries were also excellent. Chick-fil-A has some competition. Definitely give them a try. Service at the drive-thru was also very pleasant.
