I don't understand HOW MANY TIMES IVE STRESSED THIS TO THE WORKERS, to put extra meat and cheese on my nacho bell grade and everytime they don't do it. Why am I paying for the extras if I'm not getting it? ABSOLUTELY NOT. For example, today I went to see if they could redeem themselves so I ask them to put extra meat and cheese and how everytime I ask they don't do it and to make sure they do, but yet again they didnt.
They have a young kid working the register. That is very nice and observant to peoples needs. Atmosphere is low because inside is usually empty. And it's somewhat dark if you don't sit by the windows.
They were clearly short-staffed, and about 3/4 of the lights in the dining area, but the food was still good.Their new experiment with the green chile burrito however, leaves a lot to be desired as it seemed more like a burrito filled with milk soup.
