Our visit was terrible from start to finish. The server has really poor customer service, and was not friendly at all. I could barely hear her speak. The service was super slow and when our entrees finally arrived, the presentation was disappointing— the burger was overcooked and looked like it came out of a school cafeteria. Frustrated by this I called the restaurant from my seat to speak with the manager. She was incredibly kind and apologetic, which I appreciated. We packed up our food and went to the bar. Even that experience was mediocre. Overall the visit was a reminder that chain restaurants just aren’t what they used to be. I don’t see myself returning to any TGI-Fridays locations in the future.

Terrible experience here. I placed a togo order 25 minutes in advance, just for me to arrive at the restaurant and wait another 20 minutes to receive my food. The service was unbelievably slow even though the restaurant was practically empty. When I finally got home, I got a few bites in before having to pull the longest piece of hair I’ve ever seen out of my mouth. I called the store to let them know my experience, and the manager did offer an “apology” but also made sure insinuate that I was lying about it. So I’m here to leave my review with a picture. I felt disrespected and dismissed. The whole experience makes me question how this place is still in business. I will not be returning.

Just came for a last minute meal on a Wednesday and sat at the bar. Jas was so nice! Great service and food! So many tv's that you can't be bored if waiting for someone to show or wanting to see a different game than a friend. Definitely recommend!
