We just moved to the area and were thrilled to learn there’s a Thai place 5 mins from us with 4.5 stars. Wondering if the Rave reviews are for the sushi. There were a few people dining in but they didn’t seem too busy for a weekend. We were immediately greeted and given a menu. Staff seemed friendly. Plenty of seating inside.

We ordered Chicken pad thai, Tom ka gai soup, and chili chicken/shrimp. Soup was watered down . The chili dish was flavorless even though we ordered medium heat. Everything was very bland which is unusual for Thai food. The pad Thai was decent but again could’ve used a little more sauce. Seems like they’re not using enough seasoning/sauce for everything. We were really were hoping to like this place.

Tobu Thai it is always a delightful experience. The right place to share with family and friends.

The best Thai not just in town but as good as you'd find in large metro area. We got takeout and I can tell you, that everything from soup to salad, sushi and main courses were outstanding! It's unfortunate that we discovered it so late and it puts Moon Thai to shame.
In the future this is our go to Thai restaurant : )!

The hidden Gem! I like to keep this place to myself but the owners are the nicest people ever the world needs to know! The red curry is a must and the best sushi! They make it with love! I always come back!

I was so happy with everything and the quality is excent. Chief even came over to check on us and say hi to the babies.

Ordered the shrimp fried rice and the shrimp and peas tasted like they had been in the freezer too long, they told me they use fresh shrimp but i tried several pieces and they all had the same dusty flavor, the server seemed upset at me that i told her this and yelled to the sushi chef to cancel my sushi cause one of the rolls also had shrimp in it, she told me she didn’t want to to order anything else if i wasn’t going to eat it cause it’s wasting their food. In other words they are more concerned with their food cost than the customer experience. I went to the thai/sushi place down the road afterwards and had a much better experience.

Visiting friends in Coral Springs and decided to treat them to a sushi dinner. Rolled into this restaurant shortly afternoon (for take out) and it was literally empty, but the owners were there and I had a pleasant chat with them. Very friendly individuals. Ordered the sushi $ sashimi boat for two as well as additional rolls. The food and freshness overall was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be there again.

I went there with my children and it was one of my son’s birthdays. The food was delicious and the attention was out of this world. She sang my son Happy Birthday and we had a great time. We all loved the food!!!! It was fresh and delicious!!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

It needs some renovation for sure, but the food is always good. They have a creative menu.

For starters, one of the best sushi’s I have ever tried. The portions were generous and I could taste how fresh it was. The gyozas were amazing, the flavor, the texture was just great! Prices are excellent compared to the portion that you get.

The service was excellent however that specific day they had a lot of take out orders and the place was crowded so the service was a little slow, however this is a family business and I do appreciate their efforts.

I appreciated a lot the sushi chef’s attention, when he delivered us the sushi he was attentive to what we were missing and went running to get it.

Makes me happy to see family businesses do well!
