Ordered 2 kids Mac and cheese, with side of mandarin oranges and pudding. The oranges were rancid and the pudding was out of date! The adult Mac and cheese had less than the child’s portion. The Ruben was dry and had little meat and cheese. The quart of matzo ball soup was tasteless and the matzo balls were very small ?‍♀️. Not worth the $80.00 spent at all, last time we will eat there! The deli in Weston is 100 times better.

Had a catering order placed a few days ago for an 8am delivery this morning 3/10/24. I checked the email confirmation and the delivery time stated 8pm. I immediately called and spoke with Larry the Manager. He advised that somebody just came and picked up my order. I asked if it was their delivery person and he said NO. The person had my name so he gave him my catering order. I explained that the people who were getting the delivery didn't know i was sending anything and nobody but Toojays would have known about my order. He kept on saying.... I don't know what to tell you ... he had your name so I gave it to him. I said, dont you see that it was to be delivered and that I included a tip for the driver ! Again, I don't know what to tell you. I called my friend who was the recipient (lives in another city from me) and she said doordash just delivered the order. I called back and spoke with the manager Larry again who was very combative with zero accountability. I advised that he should have known that Doordash picked up the order as that was something that they enabled I had no idea that they would employ Doordash He said well this is my 2nd day on the job .... which frankly, I shouldn't have to know that but it was very obvious that he had no problem solving skills or customer service skills. I strongly suggest additional training for this manager as the break down from the delivery time reflecting pm instead of am and the fact that they engaged Doordarshan to fulfill the delivery and the manager didn't know that ... led to a horrible customer experience with an extremely rude, combative manager who, by the way told me he was going to hang up on me. Not the experience I expected after catering many times from Toojays. My business will now go elsewhere.Bonnie

I thought I was going to have a delicious meal in this talked about good Deli, no way! From the minute we walked in noticed the floor was dirty, ok busy night, we'll deal. Ordered soft drinks, apps & dinners, the foods were more bread than meals. I ordered a salmon dish and asked for the salmon to be well cooked, it did not come out that way at all. I asked the waitress to have it cooked some more and off she went, 5,10,15 minutes and I needed to remind her. Finally gave up! As we got up and noticed the floors were all not swept, tables not cleaned off, I wondered how the kitchen looked like. Went to purchase some pastries and no one could be found to help. No stars........do not

Stopped in for lunch today. Had a weed a few minutes to be sat down but was greeted right away. Our server was very nice. Was quick to bring out our drinks and then take her order. The food was delicious and a good serving size I was so full after eating. It was just so good I could not stop. My wife had the shepherd pie and she said it was really good.

My husband and I were really looking forward to a delicious deli sandwich. The pastrami was so fatty that we had to spit it out or run the risk of choking. The knish seemed to be frozen and then microwaved. The ledges by the windows were covered in dust. Some of the waitstaff, who knew the names of frequent customers, was shouting across the restaurant to patrons like on a buddy basis. We will definitely never frequent here again. I had to give this 1 star in order to post.

Food is the best Jewish Deli in Broward County. The Chopped Liver, Turkey, Cole Slaw and Pickle and Matzo Ball Soup I had were all delicious and fresh. Just watching Richie the Waiter doing his Show is worth the price of admission!
