Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Will not be ordering from here anymore. First- the reason people do Doordash is for the convenience of having the food delivered. I call the store and ask for a manager, the employee ask for what reason, I explained to him that I had ordered the chicken Thai salad with no wontons and the peanut dressing. The salad came loaded with wontons on it and no dressing. I also ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread, Which it had no bacon on it. He told me the store was out of bacon , If this is the case, the customer should definitely be made aware of that since bacon is the big part of the sandwich., And if I wanted another salad, I could go to the store And they would make another one as long as I didn’t touch the one I received. After paying all the service fees for the convenience of DoorDash I have to go back to the store to get my order right as they also do not do any refunds he said. I decided to just keep what we have and not order from this place anymore. I was a frequent customer, but not no more. There are too many other places out there with better service.

Staff is always kind and do a great job on preparing the food!

I gave up after waiting 15 minutes to place my order. Only 2 people working, no manager, 10 mobile orders pending, 2 wrong orders to be redone, and 4 people waiting on the line. Hire more people.

I've been coming to this location for a while now and spend a lot of money here I don't think I'll ever go back to this location. Took me a half hour to get my smoothie. They have one guy working the smoothies and the cashier and one guy doing food. The poor employees getting all flustered because customers are yelling at them and there's no manager to be found. Three people had the wrong smoothies made so those go in the trash. Just a waste of money. Waste of resources terribly run business

Staff if your are going to make a smoothie and we pay $7 and above for it make sure you fill it to the top not three fingers below the brim. This was my first time at this location and my last. Train your staff

Zaila is great she is a tornado when the store is busy

Young lady at the counter was AMAZING!! She was working her tail off, fast efficient and crankin’ out smoothies!! Most impressive was as a line started to form, she greeted everyone and had the most incredible smile and attitude!! I asked her name but forgot It was around 2:30 on 10/19/24.

Bad management, and is over working their employees to be nice to a point they don’t care what they are making for customers. They are not treating their employees right.
I will not eat here again since my bad experience, i’ve seen a roach in the online order cubby.
