The carne asada was delicious. I was also impressed by their selection of tequilas and our server's knowledge of their selection.
Bartender Cole made our night! We’ll definitely be back.
Food was good. Place is run by people without integrity, therefore I won't return.
I wouldn't call it a restaurant, rather a lounge that happens to serve food. Went in for an early dinner that came out cold and tasted bland. The tables were sticky and the silverware was dirty. I didn't catch any live music but they had dembow blasting which was fine but kind of expected a place called Tulum to have some variety. Definitely only drink and smoke hookah if you decide to come here cause it seems bearable if you're not sober. Would not go back, would not recommend. I anticipate this place to be closed by the end of the year if not sooner unless the bottle service is the only thing propping it up.
It's not authentic Mexican food but still really good. The birria tacos and the shrimp tacos were both delicious.
Food and drinks were delicious! Great vibes
Great food!
If you're looking for an authentic and unforgettable Mexican dining experience, Tulum is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, the warm ambiance and vibrant décor transport you straight to Mexico. The menu is a delightful blend of traditional dishes with a modern twist, and each bite is packed with rich flavors. The tacos are a standout—crispy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The guacamole is freshly made and perfectly seasoned, a must-try. Whether you're a fan of seafood, carne asada, or vegetarian options, there's something for everyone. The drinks are equally impressive, with a variety of cocktails and refreshing margaritas to complement your meal. What truly sets Tulum apart, though, is the service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and eager to make your experience special. The attention to detail, from the presentation of the food to the overall atmosphere, makes every visit a memorable one. If you're craving exceptional Mexican cuisine with a laid-back yet sophisticated vibe, Tulum should be at the top of your list. You won't be disappointed!
Awful place. Ownership does not care, no managers present on Valentine's dinner, and no care for people. We sat down at 7:48pm and got drinks at 8:35pm, appetizers at 8:47pm, and ultimately turned them down and left. Multiple tables followed suite. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. We also ordered Mexican street corn and they proceeded to show up 1 hour later with a bowl of corn out of a damn can. No cheese, no mayo, no cilantro, nothing specified on the menu came with the corn. That's when we ultimately turned away all appetizers. Never coming back here. While you're here though - go next door to the Italian spot. Amazing pizza and they saved our valentines dinner.
Understaffed or inattentive, delayed on everything from taking order to food running. Out of fairness, it was a Holiday. But it didn't have to be THAT bad.

The reservation, theme and DJ was perfect.🤩They failed to deliver with the food it was horrible, if you going make sure you eat. ❤️
My friends and I had a wonderful dinner. We decided to sit at the bar and all the drinks were delish and the guacamole & chips were yummy! Our dinners were all huge portions and delicious!!
We had an amazing time at Tulum last night! The atmosphere was lively, and the music added the perfect touch to the dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, making celebrating my sister's birthday even better. If you're looking for great food, good vibes, and live music, this place is definitely worth a visit! We had a blasssssssttttttttt!!! Not to mention the DJ he surly reads the Room 😊
They had one poor girl working all the tables. It wasn't her fault she had a bunch of tables and she did the best she can. Got our drinks like 25-30 minutes AFTER we got our food. Had to get up and go to the bar twice just to get a glass of water. The place looks like it could be a vibe but the ownership/management just didnt seem up to par. I'd be surprised if this place is open a year from now. Food was cold
First time trying Tulum and would go back again. Atmosphere was nice but the music was a little too loud. Service was excellent. Food was a mix of good and delicious. Recommend both the cauliflower and the shrimp tacos.
