I really really want to understand the hype, I still find people bringing platters of these pastries to gatherings and I just don’t get it. Everything we ordered at the restaurant tasted like it wasn’t made same day, almost as if they were left overs from a different store and they brought them over. We tried empanadas, sandwiches, pastries, we left half of everything we bought… I would LOVE a really good authentic Cuban bakery in Coral Springs but we’ll see if we give them another try. Maybe it was an off day for them. I don’t know because even the platters at parties or gatherings still are not great. Usually they say when the service sucks the food is usually good and then the service is great the food will be meh. But the service was just so-so, so idk 🤷🏻♀️

Highly recommend Vicky’s Bakery for anyone looking for great service and amazing food.
DO NOT GO TO THE FORT MYERS LOCATION! Placed an Uber Eats pick up order and they missed an item. I always check to make sure my order is complete before driving off. They missed a whole loaf of bread so I sent my fiancé back in with the receipt and they turned him back and said no it was included. Again, I sent him back in with all the items and they yelled and said he was a thief and trying to steal bread like are you kidding me?! I usually go to the Vicky's in Miami and was so excited to finally have one close to home but I WILL NOT be returning! I will be contacting corporate as well.

Stop by with my son this morning to pick up breakfast. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! From how delicious everything was to how impeccably clean the whole store is and how incredibly nice the owner and staff is. I cannot wait to go back again. Super happy to finally have a Vicky bakery in Fort Myers.

This was my third trip there the sandwiches were terrible very dry and undercooked. The croquettes are very dry and old. Every time I go for the same thing it’s very old. I was a frequent customer at the Vickys in Hialeah, which was a great restaurant the one in coral Springs is horrible. They do not know how to make a sandwich or the croquettes Will not be going back .
