Must have been a back-up cook / chef. Ordered eggplant parmesan dinner. Pasta good, sauce good, cheese good, eggplant not good. There were 4 breaded eggplant medallions and they were all dark brown i.e. burnt. Will give them another chance but not much quality control from this order.

Rating is based off of the experience, not the food. I never actually got to try the food! Ordered through an app - my driver got to the store and explained that the restaurant was closed and nobody was inside. I called three times and nobody picked up. Mind you, this all just happened between 2-3 PM on a Wednesday when the hours listed on Google show the restaurant as being open - and also the restaurant has to confirm that they accept the order through the app before taking payment and assigning a driver. All very questionable and it was a real inconvenience to lose my lunch break and have to contact support for a refund.

I ordered the eggplant parmesan and it was horrible! I love fresh sliced eggplant not frozen. The texture was horrible, the bread from the garlic knots tasted old and very dry. First time for everything, but the last time for Vivace. That definitely wasn't authentic Italian food!!! Had yo throw away my whole entire dinner of $32 +.???

Came here during the lunch hour. Ordered a eggplant park sub and fries. The sub was amazing, was really big, had to eat the other half as dinner. Fries were okay, frozen but fried just right. The time it took to get it was really long, order in advance for pickup.

We went in and the girl standing behind the counter didn't even say hi. I asked for the menu and she rudely pointed to where they were, when I grabbed the menus they were all sticking together like they were dirty. I can see the cook from where I was standing and he wasn't wearing a hair net or gloves plus the place looked very dirty. So unpleasant it's sad. How can you run a business like that?? We decided to walk out and went somewhere else where we were pleasantly greeted and the food was amazing oh and It was clean!!!! I would never go back to Vivace!

This was my first time ordering from Vivace Express. I had the shrimp with tortellini in a creamy pesto sauce that was beyond delicious. The portion was so big, I got three meals out of it...even licked the plate clean. I will be back for more.

Very bad customer service. There were teenagers working who gave attitude, didn’t answer questions, walked away, and were all on their phones. I waited over 30 minutes and they gave me an estimated time for 15 minutes.

I found the Vivace menu in our mailbox and liked the looks of the menu. We ordered calamari and gnocchi with sausage and spicy tomato sauce. Food was delivered on time and came hot and fresh. Delicious carry out food. We plan on working on down the menu. definitely worth a try.

If you are looking for authentic Italian food and the best pizza in town you have to try Vivace! From the good old fashion NY style cheese pizza, to the truffle pizza, the pizza here is absolutely delicious. The shrimp tortellini, wild mushroom risotto and Branzino are also fantastic, you can’t go wrong with this restaurant, everything we have tried is delicious. The staff is also extremely attentive and professional. So excited to have this gem in Coral Springs!!

I received one of their menus on my door and decided to give them a try. I was a little hesitant to order here because there are no pictures of the food, and being a yelper, I always research a restaurant before I try it. I now understand why there are no pictures because the food here is so good that you don’t even stop to take a picture! We had the #OMG Pizza- Tartufo and omg doesn’t even describe it! It was honestly the best pizza I have ever had. The flavor, the cheese, the crust!!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it! We also got a cheese pizza for the kids and it was absolutely delicious as well. The arancini was melt in your mouth amazing. Let me also add that we had everything delivered and it was all still hot! I am so happy that we decided to try the place! It is definitely going to be my go to spot and I recommend everyone to give them a try! You will not regret it... I’ll be ordering from them again soon and promise to try to hold off long enough to take some pictures!
