Went in for a grilled chicken sandwich which they don’t have. Female working the cash register had attitude with my request. Ordered a chicken wrap with extra ranch (nothing more) instead. Wrap had 5 small pieces of chicken and little to no ranch sauce at all. TOO MANY OTHER PLACES TO EAT to put up with this.

This particular Wendy's restaurant was the Pitts. I went through the drive thru. I went to order my food and asked to have my French fries with no salt. The cashier, who was a guy, was very rude, saying WHAT, like he didn't understand my request 🙄. I had to repeat my order again, asking him if there was a problem? Anyway, I paid for my food and proceeded to the next window to get my food. Well, not to my surprise, the French fries were not fresh, cold, with salt that I did not want. No worries, 👎 I will never visit that particular Wendy's again. What a drag. Please train your workers to be professional and have a little class when dealing with the public. Take pride in your job..
I was aggressively yelled at as soon as I entered, even though I was the only person in the store. She was yelling at me to place the order when I was still at the door which didn't even close yet. The manager was taking my order and continued to aggressively yell at me. I was shaking and feared for my safety. I asked other employees to ask her to calm down. It was Sunday 2:30 PM on 03/09/2025. She never gave me a receipt.

Place is nice and clean. Staff was friendly (unlike many other locations). Order didnt take long However, prices weren't worth the value. $7 "Biggie Bag" where everything is a small size and still the same quality food over the years...but it's fast food I guess. Would go again if I'm in a rush or need something small, but not an ideal place for full decent meal
