Horrible customer service please don’t eat at this place my son doesn’t like the burger and I try to get another one and they said no because he bite the burger ….food was nasty 🤮 and the place was dirty 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I gave one star to rate this place otherwise I would have given it a 0 star because of terrible costumer service and I tried to return the burger that I didn’t like and she was counting how many bites I took. After that, she starts giving me a lecture that how many bites I can take from a sandwich. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s and I hope they shut it down!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh the salad was, as well as the lettuce in the burger. I also appreciated the fast and professional service, which is something rarely seen in fast-food restaurants.

Im absolutely appalled by the lack of compassion and basic decency shown by this Wendys location. My pregnant wife, who is in her third trimester, was in desperate need of a restroom while experiencing severe discomfort. Despite the fact that the staff was still serving takeout orders, they refused to let her use their restroom, citing that the dining area was closed.
Even after explaining her situation and begging for help, the staff refused to open the restroom because they were “cleaning the front.” As a result, my wife, a pregnant woman in pain, was forced to endure the humiliation of wetting herself because of their lack of empathy and basic human kindness.
This is not just bad customer service,this is inhumane. I understand policies, but there are times when exceptions need to be made, especially for a pregnant woman in clear distress. This experience was not only humiliating but unnecessary.

Was driving past the University Dr location when my wife's dinner menu came across my phone ;-) so picked up her fav apple pecan salad. Friendly and accommodating drive thru staff.

I found a piece of straight brown hair in my Cinnabon. It was really disgusting to take a bite of the Cinnabon and pull a piece of hair (that is not mine) out of my mouth. I usually like going to this Wendy’s, but the result of this visit was quite disappointing.
They get my order right 98% of the time so no complaints ?

I'm so pissed ? I went into great detail on how I wanted my burger and they gave what the hell they wanted and I get home and have no freaking dinner and came out my packet $8 for this sloppy as old freaking burger and disgusting ?
