I ordered here on the mobile app today. It was fast and the workers were so nice. The girl gave me my bag and I pulled into a spot to eat and I was missing 3 cookies and when I pulled around the drive thru I’m usually so scared to tell anyone I’m missing something. These women are so kind and nice they don’t make me feel nervous to say so at all. Thank you for hiring people with customer service skills.

It doesn’t matter what you say to them it’s like they blatantly ignore every question that you have some random man was in the drive-through asking me if I’ve had good service and if I eat here often if I did, I would probably be pissed off. I would never come to this Wendy’s again, wasted too much of my time for nothing and did not complete my order because nobody wants to listen The manager there that was Spanish sucks she had no answers for me and gave me my receipt telling me something isn’t there that was blatantly on the receipt, but she didn’t even stop to look . i’m still in the parking lot just to type this how pissed I am and the fact that that woman had the nerve to look to her workers and try and put the blame on them when they were attentive to me and she wasn’t and if a language barrier is the problem, I don’t think there should be a manager on duty that only understands one language if that is the case

Lady manager went to go clean the bathroom and not wash her hands and then go grab nuggets with her bare hands. I don't eat if she's there.Came back once again,she was there, cleaned the lobby went straight to serving food and handing out cups,I wonder why I got sick a few times.

We came to celebrate our third anniversary, and it was the best decision. The dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and the service was very attentive. The atmosphere is refined and elegant, perfect for celebrating a special occasion with your partner.
Great service , the staff very friendly, the manager at the lunch hour very professional and smiling to everyone , not only that but that Spanish ladie manager was running everything , drivethroug ,cashier, front etc, , I went at rush hour when it was slammed busy and my order was served with no delay, no complaints 😁
