Absolutely incompetent. Pre-ordered on the app, went through the drive-through, was asked to park and they'd bring my food out. 20 minutes later, I finally got my order. It was wrong. Missing items. Go inside, they act put upon, especially the manager. 15 minutes later, I finally have the food I ordered.

The food needs to be hot when you get it the place needs to be more cleaner around the drink machine they need to stop people from just walking in and getting sodas from the soda machine and keep the restroom clean at all times with hand soap so you can wash your hands plus spay for insects flying around in the area where you sit down to eat they must take care of this place more better than they doing

The manager Roxanna was rude. She gave me cold chicken nuggets that I watched her get back from the drive through window and got mad at me because I called her out. Saying why would you touch the food. Why would she give me cold food from out someone’s else car who didn’t want them? Unprofessional and she called me loco like I don’t know that’s crazy in Spanish.

My first time in a Wendy's as there are none in Ireland. Classic fastfood taste, but the chips (fries) were much better than McDonald's and Burguer King. The bacon baconator friends was a bit of a let down, but everything else was as expected. The cashier was lovely.
Talk about a lack of customer focus. This manager should be removed immediately. This person knowingly gave us the wrong order. Dropping the f bomb and everything. This is not cool. Go to McDonald's your better off.
