I go mainly there for the Frosty.
I probably have about four every week.
They have a card you can get as well that when you show it you can get a free small frosty when you buy something else as well

Food was decent, but service was trash. I did drive thru, so I'm not expecting much, just give me my order and I'll be on my way. But the lady at the window couldn't even do that. She misheard my order, gave me the wrong order, and refused to admit she was wrong and fix it. Got so annoyed eventually that I just paid and left, but hopefully that lady gets an attitude check.

The treatment of the client is pesimo, the one who attended me was despotic and rude, he was not in uniform.
Great food, svc was questionable, and the atmosphere was none becuz only me and my party were getting food. And, the place was empty. Everyone was using the drive-through.

Unfortunately I came here on two different occasions. One day last week & today on 9-11 at 8pm. They are always out of baked potatoes. I actually have never came across this problem at any other Wendy’s before. Also, they gave me sour cream & butter with my nuggets & fries….No blue cheese as asked. Like what….?

I went to Wendy’s this morning for breakfast, when I reached the drive thru window to scan my $2 off reward and pay, the lady, who I believe is a manager, told me the scanner isn’t working and to come inside. I told her it’s their fault the scanner isn’t working and I should not be inconvenienced because of it. She kept going back and forth with me instead of going to the front counter and ringing me up with my rewards code. This is so unacceptable and poor customer service! I ended up leaving and will be calling corporate! I went there around 8am for reference!
