Our wings were cooked as ordered, extra crispy. The fries were cooked well, not overcooked and came in whole pieces. Overall everything was great.

Normally wings plus is very good, but I just had the lunch special yesterday it came with moldy blue cheese! When I called to ask for a return because i don’t want to eat the wings without the blue cheese they said they would only comp me for the blue cheese (that’s like a dollar). So I they wanted me to drive back to them to grab 1 2oz thing of blue cheese to come back to my house to eat cold wings with it that’s ridiculous.

This is the third time I’ve had an issue at Wings Plus specifically when the same young blonde girl is working the to-go counter. Every time she’s handled my order, it’s been completely wrong, forcing the kitchen to remake food, costing the company time and money—and costing me even more time, without so much as an apology or compensation.
To make matters worse, she was rude, dismissive, and even made inappropriate comments about me to coworkers instead of just owning the mistake. I also noticed that kitchen staff were not wearing gloves while handling food, which is unacceptable and a serious hygiene concern.
It’s honestly a shame because the rest of the to-go staff is great—they’re efficient and respectful. But when she works, it’s a mess every single time. I’m tired of being treated like I’m the problem when I’m simply asking for the food I paid for to be made correctly. No accountability. No professionalism. No respect for customers’ time.
If management cares about their reputation and customers’ safety, this situation needs to be addressed.
