The food is AMAZING, fresh and you can see it being made right in front of you. The customer service is excellent, all of the girls are kind, especially the curly hair girl which helped choose an item from the menu ( it was my first time there) she had a lot of patience and answered all of the questions I had kindly, I believe her name is Jana. Overall great place for fast and healthy food!

I absolutely love Zona fresca and have had nothing but good experiences on other locations... This time however, I was dissapointed. I ordered to go for the first time just to find out the order was not taken as i gave it and what could I do being home and hungry already?? Salad had no dressing, my daughter ordered quesadillas with everything on the side and ended up eating very little because the sour cream and guacamole were NOT as ordered and it was just smeared all over her...

First time here and I was really impressed with the customer service. German went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted, and was so kind. The salsa was delicious!! Thank you
