We have been visiting Annie's for years! it is truly a local treasure!
the grouper sandwich is to die for and the atmosphere is something that anyone visiting Cortez or Anna Maria should experience at least once in their lives!
Rule #1 Don't be in a hurry and relax.Great Grouper sandwiches and AJ fish dip (Don't expect condiments w/ that).Cold Beer and Jell-O shots. This is the epitome of dive bars. It's just on the north side of the bridge and south of the Seafood Shack. Excellent bait selection too.
The place is a bait shop so expectations weren't super high. Ok options for live bait. We picked up shrimp and shiners. Staff had always been a little irritable whenever I've been in there. It's conveniently located next to the marina we use so we'll continue to go.
