THE BEST PORK CHOPS I EVER HAD. I hadn’t even finished my breakfast yet and I just had to write this review. They are so juicy and flavorful!!!! Now I’m worried any other pork chop I eat will never amount to this pork chop at Cortez Cafe!
This breakfast cafe is one of the best options in the area. The staff is very friendly and they offer a great variety of pancakes and eggs. I would recommend the greek omelette ?

They charge 3.99% to use a credit card. What a ripoff! That iantheir cost of doing business and accepting credit cards. A joke of a place.
Great little mom and pop breakfast spot. I've been coming down to Anna Maria since I was a newborn and I hadn't yet stopped in here.
I have to say the super friendly staff, and generous portions are definitely worth the trip. While the island is changing, this part of Cortez off the bridge holds that old school, lowstakes vibe that we all love.

The food was delivered hot and fresh but lack the contents. I ordered the burrito with bacon and sausage and there was only what seemed like a strip of bacon no sausage but plenty of green peppers to fill the gaps. The home fries were cooked to perfection and is the only thing to save the meal.

We were here for breakfast, and lunch, and it was excellent both times. And my wife adds…chicken fried steak and sausage gravy…BOOM!! Incredible!! Cuban sandwich was killer!! And the staff was great!!
