Great service food was wonderful, would recommend! Cute, family owned for 60 years and smiles and pride shows. Local artists paintings decorate the walls.

Great place for breakfast.

This is a small family owned diner that may be a little tight when it is busy, but that wouldn't deter us from going again. Friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good, with large portions. Pork chop breakfast with home fries very tasty. The pancakes are large enough to serve two people. The server was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. The cost is average.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience, and as a result of the response of the rude cashier (manager?), we won't be going back. A young server was about to refill our coffee when he accidentally hit the side of the table with the full pot and it broke, spilling hot coffee all over our clothes and our table. The spill managed to avoid our food, so after waiting for the cleanup to finish, which took 15-20 minutes, we finished a few more bites and gathered our belongings. Our bill was sitting at the side of our table, and it, too, was stained with coffee. (We were a bit surprised the management didn't take care of it while we were finishing up) We approached the cashier and explained the situation and asked if we might get a concession of some sort. The cashier replied "Well it was an accident...", and made no offer to take anything off our bill. I asked again if there wasn't something she could do, since we both had obvious coffee stains on our clothes. Finally, she begrudgingly took off the charges for each of our coffees, a total of about $5.00 off on a total bill of more than $30.00. It was an accident, so we didn't blame the server, or expect to get a free meal, since we had eaten a portion of our food. We did, however, feel the management should have treated us with more civility and offered a bit better concession. Given our experience and the fact that the food was mediocre, we would recommend you choose another place.

Thought we would give this local spot a try for breakfast based on their current rating of a 4.8. From the start looked as if it could be good choice as it was packed with people. Well what a misconception. Very small inside smelled of mildew. We decided to still try the food. I ordered scrambled eggs bacon and a side of sausage gravy and biscuits. Also came with breakfast potatoes. My eggs came out crumbled in very small pieces and rubbery and ice cold. My bacon and potatoes were cold as well. My gravy had set so long it had formed that dark thick layer on top that gravy does. Wow is all I have to say!!! My husband’s meal was the same way ice cold and not edible. We really wanted to like this place as it is close to us. Not sure how the maintain that high of a rating because it is not accurate!

Small diner, big thumbs up for food! Eggs over medium, bacon, grits, whole wheat toast, veggie omelet, hash browns w/w toast. The grits were creamy and delicious, none of that instant stuff! The bacon was meaty and yummy, not overcooked and dry. The omelet was great and the eggs were cooked right. The biggest surprise was the toast. So good!

Great, local joint that has been around for 60 years. Surprisingly, it was our first visit and it did not disappoint. We popped in on a Sunday morning and waited a few minutes before being seated. Coffee was hot and fresh. Service was spot on throughout the visit. My husband ordered the Hungry Man breakfast. The biscuit and gravy was loaded with sausage, but he thought the gravy was a little on the gritty side...didn't stop him from polishing it off! I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage which came perfectly toasted with eggs, loads of sausage, peppers, onions and cheese. In addition to the standard menu, there is a huge list of special (pork roll benedict!!). Prices listed are for cash payments and they are very upfront about the additional charge for credit cards (3.99% to cover their service fees).

This place does not look like much at all... it's a hole in the wall diner, but when you walk iN you are greated with great service and it's busy! You may have to wait a few for a seat but it's worth it! We ate here 3 out of 5 mornings for brunch!!! French toast, waffles, pancakes, parfaits, eggs, meats, omelets... all the yummy goodies!!! Also priced GREAT!!! GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE!

This is a small family owned breakfast spot. The service is friendly and fast. The food is tasty. Only complaint is that the space is tight when the restaurant is full, it’s hard to get to the counter to pay and get out of the front door if people are waiting for a table. I would eat there again. I had a bbq bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was delicious.
