Rating is because it’s mcds. But access to it is difficult and I turned into the access to I 10 East by mistake and went towards Marianna. Make sure you turn on correct access road coming from Chipley or you will miss it.

McDonald's should be ashamed. I ordered a double quarter pounder and the size of the sandwich was ridiculously small. I don't even think both patties weighed a quarter pound together. They need to rename this burger to what the hell is this. The regular burger needs to be called the regular bite because that is all you get. My 3 year old grand baby could eat the quarter pound and probably ask for more because it is so small. Do better.

Sloooow. If you want breakfast at 7am by the time you order and get your food it’s going to be lunch time. I don’t know who needs to hear this but 3 employees isn’t enough. I gave up waiting for someone to show up to place an order. 5 other customers gave up and walked out also. No this is not a one time staffing issue. It was the same poorly ran place two weeks ago. Ya all seriously need to think about selling out to Burger King or something.

The lady at the front running the register was attentive, kind, welcoming, helpful, proficient, etc. We were really impressed with her work ethic. All of the workers seemed to be focused on their work and communicating well with one another about the job. I think there are probably regulars that come in just to experience her kindness and how well she seems to remember orders. I do think she could have used a little help at the front, but idk.
