I guess atmosphere is subjective but we were looking for a dog friendly casual restaurant near or on the lake. The dogs got a treat and nice cold bowl of water and we got a great lunch with fantastic service. We got BBQ pork and a turkey reuben with fries, coleslaw slaw and potato salad.
Our favorite restaurant however the new owners are closing the restaurant much too early in the day. Closing at 5:00 p.m. doesn't work for the customer it needs to be open at least until 9:00 p.m. 11 on the weekends and for the love of God please bring back the live music on the dock
We had lunch at the 3 Bananas in the spring of 2025. Our first impression was of a nice older style building, overlooking the lake. It had character to go with the nice location . It even has photo opportunities like the big yellow chair out front, which does take a nice photo, with or without people.
Inside the restaurant has a similar vibe. I guess it depends on your taste, but we liked it. But a word of warning: it is very loud inside, even when there is not a lot...
