Ever since the new management things have gotten awesome! Harry is an amazing manager! This is our favorite McDonald's location to go to. The food tastes exactly how it did when I was a kid (90's) every time we go!

My daughter's car wouldn't start back up after she shut it off, we replaced the battery but that wasn't the problem. The manager eluded to having it towed if we left it. We couldn't get a tow company to come out so my daughter had to push the vehicle across 17 to avoid more of an issue. My thought is, if someone is having a tough time, why make their life harder? Happened at 830pm Wednesday September 24th

After standing at the counter to place an order I was asked to use the kiosk I felt like they were putting me to work like it was an inconvenience to them that you go to the counter to place an order and to pay them for that product like you were doing something alien by standing at a counter to place an order that took me about 10 to 15 minutes to walk out with a small cup of coffee
After driving away many times because no one answers the drive through, the last straw was today, it was pouring buckets, I opened my window for 3 seconds and got drenched, They have some stamp size roof 12' over the drive through? I'm soaked my car is soaked, so I pulled up to the window to order, they have a slightly larger roof over the pay window and I was able to open my window without getting more soaked than I already was, WE CAN'T TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW, I think I will stick to Wendy's

I went in the drive through and tried to order 2 double bacon qt deluxe meals but they refuse to know their own menu and ended up giving 2 qt deluxe and not even a meal. Overall slow and poor service.
