My husband and I have been going to 7Brew since the day they opened in Crestview. Seth and Jason are AMAZING! They are always positive, respectful, and really care about each customer. You really don’t find people like them in the customer service industry. They bring such a kind and bright light. They are both extremely attentive and they ALWAYS have a smile on their face. They make our day every time! 7Brew did a great job hiring them! You can buy a coffee anywhere, but they both go over and beyond and that’s the reason we continue to go back.

I’d leave negative stars if it was an option. I can’t rate the coffee because I never got any. After watching social hour occur for over 10 minutes I ended up leaving. I watched four employees stand around and chat with what I assume was another employee in the car. Why do I assume that, because the car passenger handed back the iPad to the employee standing outside. Not only did I have to watch them socialize while I waited, when one of the four employees finally got back to work, she went to the other lane and started taking orders for people who got into line well after us. Employees were the bigger girl with glasses, reddish hair, and gray hoodie, two blonde girls, and another girl with multi-color hair. It’s a high school social club not a business. Know where this wouldn’t ever happen, Dutch Bros

I told this black bigger lady specifically to not add any espresso in it and that I wanted a coffee sweet so I ordered the Santas candies copy from there and a little bit after after drinking. It is very strong of espresso and now I have the chills because of how my body reacts to it and can’t drink the other half of my medium that I ordered because she still insists to not listen to my concerns and still put half the drink express like she told them to add extra and I feel like I’m going to throw up very unleaded with the service and what I got now half my drink is wasted and I’m prolly gonna be sick all day now so thank you very much

I came in on Saturday, 13 December to get a decaf. Drink specifically told him three times please make sure it was decaf because I am very sensitive and allergic to it. I got back to My Work and I started having heart palpitations really bad to where I had to go to the ER so they need to pay better attention of what they’re doing.

I love the coffee sooooo much! It beats ANY other place. But the service is EXTRA slow. I sat in line and waited today for 15 minutes. Will not be back to the Crestview location.

I have been coming here sense yall opened everyday and I must say yall have a lot of workers that just stand around instead of taking orders . I’m in line right now and u have a worker that is just hanging out talking to a person in a car vs taking orders . This is not the 1 st time I have seen this, there is many times I have come and watched your workers just standing around instead of taking orders . I know there is plenty of work for them to be doing vs just standing around talking to each other.
