Excellent food every single time we’ve been. However, we attempted to eat here on a Friday night and were told the internet was down so we couldn’t be seated. There were at least 5 young people standing around up front when we came in and no one greeted us initially. What happened to taking an order with good old pen and paper and taking cash?!?!? You literally let a party of 8 which is at least $150 of business just walk out the door because these young kids don’t know how to take an order without an IPad.

First time here (for Dinner). Wait staff overwhelmed. Two waitresses, one tried to service all the tables while one appeared to service togo orders (?). Anyway, service was terrible. Food was very good. Had the All u Can Eat Sushi. Word of Caution. They charge u extra for each piece of sushi u don't eat.

I’ve been to Arashi’s a few times, and yes it’s 30.00 dollars all you can eat, but I’d rather pay the 30.00 all you can eat, then to pay all the other prices for the trays that would be well over 30.00 dollarsVegetarian options: They’ve got many choices for Vegetarians, They’re all very good and worth the money you pay to eat thereWheelchair accessibility: Yes and if your in a wheelchair there is away up an easy way up
The sushi was excellent! It’s evident that the fish used in their sushi is great quality. Our server was well timed and very polite. Food to table time was less than 10 minutes. The atmosphere is clean and well decorated, with a great playlist. It’s our new favorite date night spot.
My mother and I have been here 3 or 4 times now and every time has been excellent! The food is always perfect and the service has always been great. One of the best restaurants in Crestview in my opinion!

The wilting flowers on Valentine's Day really set the mood. Overpriced, poor service, the food was blah. We ordered off the menu, Bento boxes, a sushi roll, and crab Rangoon. If it wasn't for the crab Rangoon I would have done 1 star, they were pretty good.Won't be back.
First time trying this place and most likely our last. Our server was obviously sick (could hear him coughing yhe whole time we were there he and was less than helpful when we asked questions about the menu. The food was bland and very overpriced for the quality. The flowers on the table were actively dying like my appetite being there.

Terrible customer service. Was not greeted upon walking into the restaurant and stood around waiting to get any assistance to get a table. Someone came in after my family and their to-go order was taken immediately and we still were standing there being ignored. Upon me walking up to ask for service I was met with an attitude. We were the only black people in the establishment, so maybe that's what their issue was. After waiting for 20 minutes with no service my family and I left. I will never visit this establishment in the future. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered 2 shrimp tempura boxes. They give you only 2 skinney shrimps per box. The rice was bland. They fill your box with vegetables and sushi rolls, - that are made with fake crab. The dipping sauce, my cat could have drank with one lick. Save your money, the place is not worth it. Okinawa restaurant is way better!!!! $60 for 4 shrimp. Don't like the counting of food for profit, with less detail of quality and customer satisfaction. IN MY OPINION.
