We drove through Arby’s after a long day at the ball field and Todd was the guy who took our order. He was so friendly, funny and full of personality. Leadership definitely keep this guy around he’s awesome!

Ugh, so I ordered online today, right? When I got there, the employee was already yelling at someone else. I checked my order, and it was totally wrong! I showed him a screenshot of what I ordered, but he claimed it wasn't on his screen. I had to get them to fix it, and they basically told me to cancel and reorder. Needless to say, I'm never going back.
