Bread and butter is a very welcoming establishment. Their employees are super sweet and friendly and always greet you with a smile. Me and my son started going 1-2 times a week for the banana pudding and cookies. She also made his 1st birthday cake which was amazing and beautiful. Highly recommend. Try everything !

Everything I bought and tasted were delightfully out of this world. The pistachio cheesecake is delicious. The tiramisu is perfectly done. The brown sugar milk tea is just right. I love the red velvet as well. It's definitely a wonderful bakery in Crestview and I highly recommend it.

All the desserts and the sweet drinks including boba teas and milk teas are out of this world. This bakery is the best in Crestview having tried the other bakeries in Crestview which are extremely few. I can only name a few donut shops but as far as local bakeries are concern, there are "extremely" few in the city of Crestview (just need to emphasize that). The ones without physical infrastructure do not count.

I ordered my boyfriends birthday cake from here 3 weeks- a month in advance. I had to message and call 3-4 times to 1. Make sure they received my inquiry via the Google website app (they did not). I called and the girl said she’d check with the owner and call back (I knew that wasn’t happening because she never asked me for a call back number), so I then messaged via Facebook. I had to message three different times to inquire/make sure everything was good to go regarding my order that was agreed to. While the person behind the messages was nice, it was a little frustrating that I had to contact so many times just to ask for me to receive the request for deposit so I could pay it and make sure everything was on track. When receiving and eventually eating the cake, the cake was sooooo dry it was crumbling. It was clear a major ingredient was forgotten, and my bf had wished that I just baked it myself. Pretty disappointed as I was already “iffy” about ordering as I feel that the shop is going down hill as when we also get cookies from there, they are constantly not cooked through in the middle and complete dough…and starting to become mostly uncooked all together. I understand that the owner opened another bakery in Valparaiso, and is SO busy. But please do not forget to maintain both locations, and actually put time and EFFORT into the orders that you agree to for a paying customer. Thank youUPDATE:The owner seen my review and messaged me early in the morning regarding it taking ownership in the fact of not arguing that something in the cake may have been missed, she also advised that there has been issues with the oven and they are replacing it immediately. As well as wanted to make it right and is re-baking the cake and making cookies at no charge of mine. She was very apologetic, and VERY sincere in this mishap which is most appreciated and repeatedly let me know that she appreciates the feedback as she always is looking to improve. She offered to get those cookies to me right away or have everything together Monday ( I chose Monday as it’s more convenient for me). Our family will remain customers and spread word of mouth about how well of a business owner the owner is as well as the bakery products (as the owner is fixing the issue regarding the oven to get the cookies and items back to what they should be). Thank you so much!2nd Update:I went to pick up the cake today, and the owner threw in 2 cookies free of charge. The cake is DELICIOUS. Moist, spongy, even the frosting taste better (which I thought the frosting itself tasted good the first time but this is even better). The reason why I am leaving the first initial part of my review is to show the dissatisfaction that I initially had, and the outcome because the owner stayed true to her word, GENUINELY cares about her business and CUSTOMERS and aims to make sure her product is up to the customer’s expectations. Thank you so much (as I say with a mouthful of this cake nom nom).

Stopped in at the Valp location last night and ordered a s’more cookie and cinnamon roll edible cookie dough. The s’more cookie was amazing! It was huge and so delicious. The edible cookie dough on the other hand… was not. I’m not sure if he gave me the oldest one, but when i went to eat it, it was as hard as a rock and it tasted stale, almost expired. My daughters took one bite, and thought the same and we threw it out. It was literally inedible. I’ll definitely return to get more cookies and definitely want to try their cakes!

I was not a huge fan at first, but after I tried a cake from a birthday party I gave it another shot. Her lemon blueberry cookies and cake, are amazing! I love the peachy leachy tea with peach popping pearls and recently tried the butterfly lemon tea, it was good, just very strong lemon for my taste.

It wasn't a bad experience! Really friendly and fast service! I just can't say I really found a treat I wanted that I actually enjoy, as macarons were not in stock. Overall it wasn't bad but I'll find something I like soon ? I got a Strawberry Cake w/Cream Cheese Frosting, Banana Pudding & S'mores Cookie. It was all very pretty! I'm not a big cake/cookie person but I like to try things every so often.
